The heart of the house, your great room! It is a perfect open space to spend family time,
Our apartment has a beautiful contemporary kitchen equipped so that you can cook when and how you want. You will have an oven, microwave, cooking plate and even a washing machine.

In our rooms you will find what you are looking for, all are perfect to enjoy rest, well-being and disconnection. Fully equipped and furnished, in addition to having good lighting

It has a balcony so you can enjoy the wonderful landscapes found in the Canary Islands. Sit on our terrace and have a drink enjoying the calm at sunset.

Gran Canaria is a big destination with almost 60km of beaches to enjoy with the family and with a western part declared a Biosphere Reserve. It is a unique natural space for its beauty and for the great variety of ecosystems it houses.

Our team will be at your disposal to solve any problem or doubt you may have during your stay. Local recommendations, taxi reservations, etc.
There is free private parking at the property.

Place with a view

Thanks for a nice and sunny stay. The flat was practical and with good comfort. Approx 1,2 km down to the beach, and with groceries Bars and restaurant very close by. The apartment had Everything We Need of practical Equipment and the view Was super Nice. ☀️

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay despite initial difficulties

Apartment was fine, just as expected. A 20 minute walk downhill to the beach though, and a tough 30 minute walk uphill back. The name of the apartment block is wrong. It is not Amadores Top Views, nor is it Apartment iBys. It is Balcon de Amadores. Although the address and directions are correct, seeing the 'wrong' name on the apartment block was enough to worry me that I had gone to the wrong place. Communication on WhatsApp then seemed to me to be communications with a bot, the responses were so generic. When I called the number given for Sleepaways it was not answered. Finally, I was instructed to take the keys from a numbered box; there were twenty such boxes, most (including this one) unnumbered. It was a case of trial and error to find the keys. (I can show you a photograph.)

Thank you for your feedback. Amadores Top Views is the name of the accommodation, not the building. We use artificial intelligence to respond to quick questions, such as Wi-Fi details, especially outside office hours. For more complex matters, we respond personally. WhatsApp is our official communication channel, as it allows us to interact with several guests simultaneously, which is more challenging over the phone. Regarding access to the apartment, detailed instructions are sent when you complete the online check-in, where you’ll find photos and guides, including the key boxes, with the correct one clearly marked. It is the guest’s responsibility to review the guide before arrival to familiarize themselves with the property. Thank you for choosing us, and we look forward to welcoming you again.

Balcon Amadores

Najlepšie na tomto apartmáne bol výhľad a veľkosť balkóna. Všetko bolo v poriadku, až na 1 závadu v kuchyni - uvoľnené dvierka na kuchynskej linke, ktoré nám mohli spôsobiť úraz. Menšou nevýhodou je, že v kuchynke sa môže hýbať maximálne 1 osoba.
