Kingsbury Underground station is just 10 minutes walk away, providing easy access to central London on the Jubilee Line. Nearby Fryent Country park provides tranquil green space, perfect for morning walks. Wembley Stadium is just a 10 minute taxi/drive or short train journey away.

Getting Around:
There are a number of restaurants bars and supermarkets all within easy walking distance of the property. Kingsbury Underground station is just 10 minutes walk away, providing easy access to central London on the Jubilee Line. There's also a number of bus routes servicing the main road 5 minutes from the property.

There is a sofa bed for 2 people in the living area that can be made up upon request before arrival, for an additional fee (please select 5 or 6 guests when booking)

Please note if you are delayed by more than one hour from the agreed time, an additional charge of £10/hr will be applicable in addition to the late check-in fee.

Late check-in fees:
· For check-ins between 22:00 to 00:00, there is a £50 charge.
· For check-ins between 00:00 to 07:00, there is a £75 charge.

For security reasons:
· We may ask you to upload a photo of yourself on your profile if you do not have one.
· No 3rd party bookings. If you book and can’t be present for the check-in we will have to ask you for additional information.
