This beautiful brand-new two-bedroom apartment is the perfect place to escape and relax.
It's a new building with a shared infinity pool on the rooftop and breathtaking views of the surrounding area and beach from the rooftop.
The apartment is located 500 meters from Olhos de Água beach where you can practice water sports such as surfing, kayaking, and paddle boarding.
Our local team is just a phone call away to assist with guests' needs, and our guest service team is available to help with booking activities, car hire, or other extra services.
We also provide a 24/7 emergency contact for urgent assistance.
- Olhos de Água is a beautiful resort town right in the middle of the Algarve coast.
- The relaxed atmosphere of Olhos makes it popular among tourists who want a relaxed vibe but still want to be close to a major resort town like Albufeira.
- Olhos de Água is located between some of the most beautiful beaches in the world – Praia da Falésia to the east and the beautiful cove beaches of Praia da Santa Eulália and Praia Maria Luísa to the west.

The apartment is surrounded by amenities such as a supermarket, pharmacy, shops, restaurants, cafes, and municipal market, e.g., so you'll never be short of things to do or places to explore.
The bedrooms are both spacious and comfortable, with plenty of natural light and ample storage space.
The master bedroom has a large window to the terrace, a very comfortable king-size bed, and an en-suite bathroom.
The second bedroom has also a window to the terrace, two very comfortable single beds that easily convert into a double bed, and a bathroom opposite that supports the room.
Very nice indoor and outdoor area, with a private terrace where you can enjoy long conversations and quiet meals.
Very modern, well furnished, and with good quality Kitchen equipment to make you feel at home.
Garage parking is included in the price of the reservation, the outdoor area also has parking spaces, but can be a bit crowded in the summer months.
When using the garage, use only parking space 13.

Reservations from unaccompanied young travellers, groups of young guests, bachelor or bachelorette parties, or similar events are not accepted. Our properties are designed for families, couples, and responsible groups.

Identification Details
Identification details are mandatory for all non-resident guests prior to check-in, in accordance with Portuguese legal requirements.
Tourist Tax
A municipal tourist tax may apply depending on local regulations. The applicable amount and conditions will be confirmed prior to arrival and must be settled before check-in. As a reference, the maximum rate during high season is €2 per person per night, for up to 7 nights.
