Place was fine. New condo building right on the Malecon, easy walking/cab access to Centro.Reasonably equipped, though had a "bare minimum" sort of feeling. Should note that noise at night is very loud due to excessive vehicles cruising the Malecon with music blaring, so if you want something more peaceful, this won't suit. If you're after more of a party scene, note that owner explicitly prohibits partying. Other things that could improve the experience: LG washer/dryer on site was a pain to use (would error out and not drain, had to pull washer out and unplug to reset, etc.); Wi-Fi was unusable unless you were in the back bedroom; remote controls needed new batteries (both for TVs and A/C). Of note, best taco place we found nearby (if you're into that sort of thing) is Hector's Tacos across from northeast corner of Plazuela Zaragoza.
