良かった点 : 清潔度、施設のコンディションと設備、コミュニケーション
The kitchen appliances worked well. Utensils and dishes were adequate. The space was comfortable for two people. The large balcony with multiple sliding patio doors provided a view of the bay and beach and allowed for plenty of sea breeze to blow through the apartment. Air conditioning worked. Bathrooms are small, but fully functional. Beds were comfortable. Plenty of closet space. As the apartment overlooked the main road and malecon, with side streets on either side, street noise was a bit much at times. But that was expected. The apartment was clean, except for some surfaces ( like the top of the fridge) that only a tall person would notice. The location provided a pleasant ocean view, within walking distance of the Centro neighbourhoods. Communication with the rental agent was fairly easy with essential details provided to make check in straight forward. Communication was in Spanish, not my first language, so I did have to verify that I understood instructions correctly. I enjoyed my stay.
