Villa Dionysus- 2 Bedroom, 2 Bathroom Villa, south facing with private pool

Stunning 2 bedroom villa with new furnishings and features including heated pool and fully tiled garden terrace.

Villa has 4 sunbeds and chairs around the pool and sunbeds, chairs and loungers on the roof solarium. There is a table tennis table available from guests to enjoy.

Being south facing means that there is sun around the pool all day, even throughout the winter months.

Fully equipped kitchen including dishwasher, oven and hob, fridge- freezer, washing machine and microwave.

Comfortable new sofas, dining table and 4 chairs, smart TV with English channels and Roku stick to use TV apps.

Bedrooms have 2 singles in each which can be combined to your choice for 4 singles, 2 king size or1 king and 2 singles. Just let us know when booking. Master bedroom also has smart TV.

Bathroom 1 contains toilet, sink,bath with overhead shower and is ensuite off the master bedroom.
Bathroom 2 has toilet, sink and large walk in shower.

Villa is in a central position on a quiet street, with a short walk to all amenities including hotel with bars and restaurants, golf course and golf shop, large on site supermarket, driving range and putting greens, boules pitch, children's play areas and free outdoor gym equipment.
Club MMGR is a sports area with padel tennis, crazy golf, gym, heated pool, cafe/bar.
The boulevard is just outside the security entrance with numerous restaurants and bars providing a mix of local and international cuisines and a range of live music, sports on TV and entertainment. It also has a bank, mini supermarket, ATM and hire shop.
The beach at Loz Alcazares on the Mar Menor is a 10 minute drive away and is very warm, shallow and safe for all the family. Here you will also find beach bars and restaurants, water sports, boating and a long promenade to walk along the beautiful shore of the Mar Menor where you can look across to the La Manga coastline in the distance and watch the amazing sunrises and sunsets.

Easy access on arrival to property. Met Sue who was very good with communications and answered quickly, our questions when booking. Sue met us which was very nice and went above and beyond to give advice on eating places and golf courses. Nice stay with friend thank you

Such a beautiful property. We had everything we needed and the location was perrect for the centre of the resort. The property manager was super helpful too and allowed us to pay a nominal fee for early check in and went above and beyond to return left luggage to us!!! We will be back.

Well presented property

We had a lovely stay and enjoyed having the private pool. Plenty of space and the location is ideal for exploring the area. Good choice of restaurants nearby.

Great holiday. Great location on the resort. Beautiful villa.

Everything is hassle free,efficient and friendly from the point of booking, through out the stay and right through to ‘checking-out’. The villa is beautifully appointed and in a great location - especially if you want to play golf ! Already booked July and hope to be back in September !

Brilliant time

Stayed at the same property last year. Excellent location and the villa is spotless. Having assistance close to hand is perfect and were very helpful and made sure our stay was perfect. Great holiday. Thank you very much

Lovely villa

Visited the resort for last 10 years in my cousins villa prior to selling. Found this villa and cannot fault anything about it. Spotless, great location, felt totally at home. Hosts very supportive and helpful. Had fabulous time and would not hesitate to return.

Perfect holiday home

Everything from the first contact until we left was superb. The house has everything You need for a nice holiday. Nice pool, short distance to Spar supermarked and restaurants, and a short drive from beach and shopping. The roofterrace is perfect in the evening/night. We will be back next year!

Lovely villa

Good villa in an ideal location for the resort. Villa was very clean and well maintained. Pool is an excellent size and was heated for our stay in mid October which is recommended. Mar Menor Golf resort is immaculate and a great base to explore the area. Would suggest hiring a car. Sue manages the villa and was very friendly and helpful. Highly recommended.

Home from home

Had a wonderful stay, property was as advertised, if not better, spotlessly clean, everything you could possibly need for your vacation, had the pool heated, used it everyday perfect temperature, loved the resort, nice quiet and secure, close to restaurants amenities and beach, Sue the owner was very helpful, made the whole booking process easy, Would thoroughly recommend this property, Thanks Sue hope to see you again

Lovely Villa in a beautiful location

Superb!

Another fantastic 3 weeks at this villa. It really does have everything you need. Location on the resort is excellent and we had 3 weeks of relaxation and fun. This villa is immaculate and obviously looked after very well. Sue is a fantastic property manager and always available to answer any questions. Already booked for 2021 and would love to return before then!

Perfect!

The villa is fantastically equipped with a great pool (we had it heated which made a big difference). Sue was so kind and very helpful allowing us to check in early as the villa was ready and providing us with some tips of places to eat. The week went far too quickly, and we only wished we had booked to stay longer!! I would definitely return and would strongly recommend the villa to anyone looking for a relaxing week in the sunshine.

Lovely Villa..

Lovely Villa , it was spotless when I arrived and the pool was being looked after when I got there. Excellent kitchen if you want to eat in, Sue and Ida, the keyholders, were brilliant. They really looked after me. The golf course is amazing. One of the Pros gave me a lesson (organised by Ida) that has improved my game an unbelievable amount. (Thanks David) Would recommend and stay here again.

From Sue showing us around the villa last year, booking the villa, arrival at the villa and staying three weeks, Sue and Simon have been excellent. The villa is immaculate and the best we have stayed in on the resort. It has everything you need and Sue is always available to help with any queries. Looking forward to returning next August and maybe before then. This villa is perfect in every way!

The whole experience was excellent -from the pre holiday information, to the welcome from Sue and Simon and finally the actual villa itself. A beautiful home from home , modern and classy villa. Exceptionally well appointed to a great standard with all needs anticipated. Very attractive and well maintained resort-a pleasure to walk around and even better if you love golf ! We had already decided this would be an annual visit -but now we are looking at a return trip later this year. Highly recommended

Lovely Villa

This villa is in a very desirable location on the resort - a few minutes walk to the Golf. It was very clean, bright, airy and well equipped. The resort was quiet and clean. It was also very secure. Overall, we had a great time. The last word goes to Sue. She is helpful in every way. She has made us feel welcome and it is certainly our intention to return. This property is highly recommended in all respects.

Lovely villa with all mod cons

We had a lovely week in the villa as a couple with two kids. Great sized rooms and lots of storage. Kitchen had all mod cons and was pleased to find that cupboards had the essentials such as salt, pepper, oil, etc. Very clean and tidy. Plastic cups provided for the pool and pool towels. Air con was useful at night time, did not need during the day as we were sat outside at the pool area. Great WiFi speed and Netflix already registered on TV. Really enjoyed our stay and would recommend to others.

Perfect stay at number 10!

We have stayed in many villa’s over many years and this Villa was was perfectly presented unlike many that we have had at twice the price! It was absolutely spotless and perfect for the two of us. Simon met us on arrival to show us the layout and the bottle of wine from Sue and Simon was a lovely touch. The Villa had everything we needed. We opted for the pool to be heated which was perfect for an early morning dip. Sue was always at hand should we have needed any help or advice. Thank you both and we will be back in the not too distant future.

We bought the villa in Sept 2024 as a holiday home and to enjoy during our retirement. We rent it out through the summer and when we are not using it. We used the previous rental manager last year while we found out more about the villa and area and will be managing the booking ourselves this year. We will continue to use the property manager on site to manage the excellent cleaning and manage any day to day problems you encounter with the villa while staying at the villa should they arise.

Mar Menor Golf resort has bars, restaurants, sports and shops all on site if you don't want to venture too far.
The beach of the Mar Menor is only a few minutes drive away with all the facilities you expect - water sports, beach bars, sunbeds, marinas and lovely restaurants.
There are lovely towns nearby with so much to see and do whether it is historic tourist spots in Cartegena, Traditional Spanish restaurants and bars of Los Alcazares, the nearby towns of Torre Pacheco, Roldan, San Javier or the flamingos and mud bathing at San Pedro.
