Villa Agave is a superb 2 bedroom and 2 bathroom villa with private swimming pool and large garden located in the desirable area of Ciudad Quesada.
Outside the villa has a large garden with beautiful mediterranean plants, a private swimming pool with a counter current jet stream that can be turned on or off for endless no-lap swimming, pool house with BBQ area and shaded seating area, outdoor kitchen, a shower room, a small putting green, plenty of space of outdoor dining and sunbathing and a covered parking space for your car.
Inside the villa has a spacious living room with open kitchen, dining room, two double bedrooms and a bathroom with shower.
In Ciudad Quesada you will find all the amenities you need including several restaurants, bars, supermarkets, shops, seasonal water park, 18 hole golf course 'La Marquesa Golf'... and you are less than 10 minutes drive from the beautiful sandy beaches of Guardamar del Segura!
