Welcome to a lovely seaside house with pool in idyllic Sandvik. Enjoy sunny days by the private pool or bring your towel down to the fine sandy beach 200m away and enjoy a swim. Here you live in a cozy cottage area in beautiful archipelago nature where you are close to both Loftahammar and Gamleby. You have a lovely patio deck with outdoor furniture where you can enjoy in front of the pool. There is also a nice glass-enclosed patio with comfortable dining furniture with cushions. The house is perfect for family or friends who want to create memories together. With large living areas and modern amenities. You have a large kitchen with a smaller dining area and a large living room with a sofa group and dining area. There are three bedrooms. In two of the rooms there are double beds, in the third a 140cm wide bed for two. The bathroom is fresh and nice with a washing machine. It is not allowed to burn fire in the house's fireplaces. No loud parties are also allowed. No electric car charging. In the area there are swimming areas, tennis court, barbecue area, etc. It is only 2 km to Gudinge camping, where there is an ice cream kiosk, a larger beach, cliffs, piers, mini golf and a playground with a jumping pillow and fun pedal bikes for rent. You are close to cozy Loftahammar where you can enjoy fine restaurants. There is also a grocery store here. It is 12 km to Gamleby. Where in addition to a grocery store there are also specialty stores, Systembolag and an ATM. Here you will also find Garpedansberget where you can hike a beautiful forest path among troll sculptures. It is also not far to the summer town of Västervik. Astrid Lindgren's World and Kolmården Zoo are usually very popular day trips.
