We are sorry to hear that your experience did not meet your expectations. However, we would like to clarify several points that we believe are inaccurate and unfairly represented in your review. First, we accommodated your early arrival by allowing you to leave your luggage in the apartment while cleaning was being completed, as a courtesy. We also personally explained the keys and access to the apartment. The entrance door is an original door typical of the building and requires a specific technique, which was demonstrated during check-in. Regarding the hot water, the apartment has a standard water heater system with limited capacity, which is clearly explained to guests. We immediately offered assistance and sent technical support to verify the issue. The technician confirmed that the system was functioning correctly. Concerning the WiFi and TV, there were temporary connectivity issues in the area that were outside of our control, but we remained available to assist throughout your stay. We are especially disappointed by the accusations regarding our behavior. At no point was there any intention to disrespect or mistreat anyone. We always communicated in an attempt to solve the situation as quickly as possible while also coordinating access for maintenance. We value all guest feedback, but we also believe reviews should reflect the situation fairly and accurately. Fortunately, the vast majority of our guests appreciate both the apartment and the service we provide.
