Three bedrooms: 1 x double, 1 x twin, 1 x child's bunk. Ground-floor bathroom with bath, shower over, basin and WC. Open-plan living space with kitchen, dining area, sitting area and electric fire. Shared external games room

Gas central heating with electric fire. Electric oven, gas hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine and dishwasher. TV with Freeview, DVD, WiFi, selection of books and DVDs. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen inc. in rent. Highchair and cot available. Travel cot and highchair available. Off-road parking. Enclosed front garden with lawn, furniture and barbecue. One well-behaved pet welcome, 2nd dog will be considered at an additional £25.00. Shop 3.5 miles, pub 3.1 miles. Note: Ivy Court's on-site facilities include: Heated covered swimming pool (seasonal only, check for dates available), table tennis, badminton, footgolf, enclosed children’s play area and a games room. Note: There are stone steps leading up to the entrance of the front garden, please take care. Note: Property only accepts a Friday-Friday booking from 15th July to 31st August. Note: Towels are not provided at this property. Note: this property has a Good Housekeeping Bond of 100GBP
