Kiln Park Farmhouse is a spacious home, ideal for families or groups, sleeping 7, through four bedrooms. With lots of communal space, there’s plenty of room to kick back, relax and enjoy the property to its full extent.

As you enter the property, you are met with the first bedroom, a small double bed with a sizeable ensuite, complete with wet room. The room even offers a TV that extends out of the end of the bed, the perfect gadget for those wishing to relax and have a cosy night in!

As you follow on through the property, you arrive at the open plan dining room. With a large dining table seating 8 people comfortably, this is the perfect space for dinner parties and entertaining. This space flows through to the large open plan living room with an L-shaped corner sofa which looks out onto the garden through the bright and airy bi-fold doors. The room is finished off by the gorgeous fireplace with electric fire and wall-mounted widescreen TV. The kitchen has everything you should need for your stay, with an electric oven and grill, large American style fridge-freezer, kettle, toaster and microwave. There’s even a second large living room downstairs for you to enjoy, with a huge sofa, several armchairs, an electric fire and wall mounted wide screen TV!

The downstairs also features a bathroom with a wet room and utility room with a sink, washing machine and dryer for your use.

Heading upstairs in the property, you’ll find three more sizeable bedrooms. The large twin room features a bunkbed, smart TV and a gorgeous ensuite with modern fittings, including a waterfall shower. The second room has a super King sized bed with a dressing table, smart TV and a large ensuite with waterfall shower, offering plenty of space for relaxing. The Master bedroom has a super King sized bed, dressing table, widescreen smart TV and ensuite with a bath/shower. This room has all the space you’ll need and even has two armchairs for relaxing.

The outside area is finished to the highest of standards, with an Astro turf lawn and a hot tub to enjoy at your leisure.

Located just outside the quaint town of Narberth, Kiln Park Farm is the perfect base to enjoy the plethora of boutique shops, independent restaurants and cafes whilst taking a wander around the old, cobbled streets.

Please be aware that there will be a £50 charge if the hot tub needs to be emptied and refilled as a result of not adhering to the hot tub guidelines during your stay.
