Perched high above the bay of Vasiliki, with uninterrupted panoramic views that stretch across the glittering Ionian Sea to the neighbouring islands of Kefalonia and Ithaca, this newly built villa is an inviting retreat. 
From its elevated position, the peaceful surroundings, fresh sea breezes and continuous coastal vistas create a wonderfully serene holiday setting, equally suited to lazy days by the pool or exploring this picturesque southern corner of Lefkada.

Perfectly presented, the villa blends modern comfort with understated style. The nearest traditional taverna is just 800m downhill. All other amenities, including a variety of restaurants, shops and watersport centres, can be found along the Vasiliki coastal road. The sandy beach of Ponti is at the western edge of Vasiliki bay, from here guests can enjoy a leisurely stroll along the shore, a mixture of sand, shingle and small pebbles, to the selection of tavernas within the picturesque Vasiliki harbour.

Lefkada oozes natural charm and unspoilt beauty, with a coastline of Blue Flag beaches. Amongst the most popular are Porto Katsiki (12km) and Egremni (13.5km) on the island’s dramatic west coast, both breathtakingly scenic, postcard-perfect, and frequently listed in Europe’s top ten.
