Beautiful Villa

We stayed at Anapola Villla Phos for five weeks in June / July 2023. Although the villa is a quite small, it is perfect for four people with all amenities available. The outside is beautiful with well maintained pool and a lovely shaded area with a dining table and barbeque. Penelope and her team were superb, keeping in touch and answering our queries. The villa is beautifully located on the south side of Sivota harbour. The village is only a ten minute drive away on tarmac roads (unusual in the area). Thoroughly recommended.

Schönes traditionelles Haus mit traumhaftem Blick

Wir waren mit unseren Kindern für 14 Tage in diesem sehr gemütlich und mit Liebe zum Detail eingerichteten Ferienhaus. Die Eigentümerin Penelope hat uns sehr herzlich empfangen und war auch wärend unseres ganzen Aufenthalts immer Ansprechbar und hat sich liebevoll um uns gekümmert. Alles ist sehr sauber und die Küche ist gut ausgestattet. Der Pool und der gesamte Außenbereich ist traumhaft angelegt. Der Blick auf den kleinen Hafen von Sivota ist traumhaft. Das Haus liegt sehr ruhig und bietet optimale Erholung. Mit dem Auto ist man in ein paar Minuten unten im Hafen, wo diverse Tavernen und kleine Lädchen zum Schlendern und Essen einladen. Es gibt in Sivota kleine Minimärkte und einen Bäcker. Größere Supermärkte gibt es in 10-15 Fahrminuten mit dem Auto. Wir haben diesen Urlaub sehr genossen und werden bestimmt wieder kommen!

Excellent location

We were so surprised to find out that the villa was even nicer than seen on the photos! The location is amazing with great view to the sea. Penelopy has been a great host helping us in everything we needed. The villa is nicely and warm decorated and filled with all facilities. We hope to come back again.

Τhe best hosts ! Amazing place!

We love everything in this place! The owners are very kind peoples and the best hosts I have ever met. All my family had the most amazing vacation and we will return next summer for sure in our “home” in Lefkada. I called it home because we felt like we were home. Gorgeous views, perfect holiday feeling

We travel to Greece since 1999 and I can say that staying in Amapola Villas was an excellent experience. We were impressed by the sea-view we had from the pool, the cleanness of the villa and by our host, Penelope. We stayed for one week last year in June. We decided to come again, hopefully this year :). Sivota is a nice place to stay, explore the island of Kefalonia and enjoy dinners over a Greek dinner by the sea. I would say that is a definitely a must have experience. Enjoy!

Unforgetable Holidays!

My husband and I choose this villa because it looked so lovely on the photos and seemed to be the environment we were looking for. When we arrived we were very surprised to see that it was much prettier than it looked on the photos! All the flowers and the trees around made it look like paradise. I enjoyed reading my books under the sun, there was so much of it! We did also like the undisturbed view from the pool and the yard. The villa was very clean, we found more things than we used to find in other properties so far and the hosts were very helpful and discreet. We did make it to rest a lot and we will definitely stay there again when we go back to Lefkada.

One of the best vacations

The place was gorgeous!! The house had a unique style and the view was astonishing, exactly like the pictures!! The host thought of every little detail.Nothing was missing! At first we had our doubts about going to Greece at winter time, because of the weather. To our surprise it was sunny the whole time! I definitely recommend it!

Una casa bellissima in una posizione con un panorama spettacolare

La nostra esperienza è stata molto positiva: la casa è proprio come visibile in foto, inoltre è ben tenuta ordinata pulita e anche arredata nei dettagli con molto gusto e senza trascurare la funzionalità. In giardino, la piscina e il pergolato sempre ombreggiato sono veramente belli e utilissimi per godersi quelle ore di relax al mattino o alla sera tra il ritorno dal mare e l'ora di cena. C'è anche l'orto, se vi piace il cibo a Km0, in stagione potete trovare pomodori zucchine, meloni e spezie di tutti i tipi: veramente molto buoni. Infine la proprietaria con noi è stata gentilissima: all'arrivo ci ha fatto trovare la spesa già fatta con marmellata e miele fatti in casa e alla partenza ci ha omaggiato di alcuni barattoli di spezie. In queste righe vorrei dedicarne una per salutarla e ringraziarla per l'ospitalità e la gentilezza che ci ha dimostrato. Sivota è a 2-3 km di distanza ed è un paesino turistico molto carino con tantissimi ristoranti e i servizi basilari: supermercato qualche negozietto. Noi abbiamo mangiato un paio di volte in un due ristoranti e, ordinando del pescato del giorno, ci siamo sempre trovati bene, spendendo poco rispetto all'Italia. Per qualcuno potrebbe essere un piccolo disagio la strada di accesso un po' stretta e sterrata, ma vi abituerete, non è così difficile e poi considerate che tutte le ville sulle isole della Grecia sono più o meno in questa situazione. Se cercate un soggiorno a Sivota (Lefkada) consiglio vivamente a tutti questa fantastica dimora.
