Our holiday home is located on a charming pedestrian street in the heart of Puerto de la Cruz, just a few steps away from the iconic Church Square, where the Church of Our Lady of the Rock of France stands. From the balcony, you can enjoy a privileged view of the church's bell tower and clock, which adds an authentic and special touch to your stay.



Moreover, San Telmo beach is just a three-minute walk away, ideal for starting the day with a stroll by the sea or relaxing in the afternoon. During your stay, you will be able to enjoy the best of Puerto de la Cruz: its atmosphere, its gastronomy, and its proximity to all points of interest.



The apartment, called Punto Fijo, is located on the second floor of the building and has a lift. The property offers a spacious living room with a comfortable sofa, cosy armchairs, high-speed Wi-Fi connection via fibre (500 Mbps) and Smart TV. Next to it is the dining room and a modern open kitchen, fully equipped with new appliances such as oven, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, mixer and washing machine.



The balcony is perfect for having breakfast outdoors or enjoying a drink at sunset in a quiet and central setting.

The apartment has three bedrooms. The first has two single beds and an en-suite bathroom with a shower. The second has a double bed and a full bathroom just opposite. The third also has a double bed and a private en-suite bathroom. All spaces have been designed to offer comfort, functionality, and a cosy experience.



The location is ideal. San Telmo beach is just three minutes walking and the famous Lake Martiánez is about eight minutes away. You can also walk to supermarkets, shops, restaurants and bars in a few minutes. The well-known Plaza del Charco is five minutes away and in the vicinity you will find a large free parking area just five minutes walking.
