Amazing property in a very peaceful neighbourhood with lots of space. It’s a 10-15 minute stroll down to the town centre and a quick 5 EUR taxi ride back up for those who don’t want to tackle the hill on foot.

Parkplatz vor der Tür, Garten sehr schön, alles sauber. Unterkunft ist etwas höher gelegen, man muss um in die Altstadt zu kommen immer den Berg runter/wieder hoch, ca 15 Minuten, das nur als Info.

Toller Terassenbereich. Leider statt Holzliegen nur noch welche aus Plastik, Polster teilweise deutlich zu dünn und damit unbequem.Barhocker sollten erneuert werden. Außenkochbereich kaum nutzbar (schief eingebaut und sehr schlechte Wärmeübertragung auf Kochgeschirr), zu wenig indirekte Beleuchtung im Außenbereich. Ausstattung insbesondere mit Gläsern und Tassen deutlich schlecht.Insbesondere Licht um Außenbereich teilweise sehr unlogisch (ein AußenLicht an der Terrasse wird zum Beispiel über einen Schaltern im Schlafzimmer geschaltet).Ein Schlafzimmer im Souterrain hat mehrfach (z.B. nach Regen) nach Fäkalien/Abwasser gerochen.Sonst tolle Lage, alles gut erreichbar. Aber leider eben nicht hervorragend.

Excellent vacation location for a family or group of friends. Spacious house with a beautiful and well maintained garden. Close to the coast and the center of Puerto de la Cruz. Excellent and timely communication with the manager.

Beautiful, quiet house in Puerto de la Cruz

The house has a beautiful, large, and well-maintained garden.From the house, you have a beautiful view of Puerto de la Cruz.The house is beautifully furnished, and the outdoor kitchen invites you to enjoy a cozy barbecueunder the veranda.Communication with the landlord in advance was very good.Our landlord also provided us with a selection of restaurants and shopping options in advance.The fruit basket we found upon arrival was delicious :)We had a very pleasant stay in the house.

A Peaceful Stay

From the time of booking we had excellent communication with the property manager, Juanjo. He was proactive in keeping us in the picture and immediately prior to our rental he sent details of good restaurants and shopping. All most useful. The house is 'shabby chic' and as a result has a special charm. Lovely gardens and very peaceful despite the fact that it is close to town. It had everything that we needed and more. A most enjoyable stay.

Très grande maison

Très grande maison avec 5 chambres et jardin magnifique.Maison dans une impasse (manoeuvres un peu difficiles avec grosse voiture) très calme.Beaucoup d'escaliers dans la maison.Chambres très spacieuses, manque un peu de rangement peut être dans certaines.Bien équipée.

Authentische Villa mit tollem Garten

Wir waren für eine Woche zu viert in dieser authentischen Villa mit tollem Garten. Die Lage ist optimal, sehr ruhig und nach 5 Minuten Fußweg ist man in der Stadt. Supermarkt ist in der Nähe und die starke Steigung der Wege hält fit ;-) Parkplätze sind direkt am Haus. Die Betten sind bequem und in der Dusche ist viel Platz, auch zum Aufhängen von Neoprenanzügen. Die Küche ist mit allem Erforderlichen ausgestattet, von Spülmaschine bis zur Saftpresse. Highlight ist die Terrasse mit Blick auf den Garten. Hier kann man am Abend prima Grillen und den Urlaubstag mit dem einen oder anderen Cerveza ausklingen lassen. Hervorzuheben ist auch die Top-Betreuung durch Juanjo, der jederzeit erreichbar ist und umgehend reagiert. Ein Freund musste leider kurzfristig die Mitreise absagen und benötigte für die Erstattung seines Kostenanteils diverse Dokumente für die Reiserücktrittsversicherung, Juanjo hat auch hier umgehend geholfen. Fazit: Sowohl die Villa als auch die Betreuung haben für uns perfekt gepasst.

Wonderful traditional villa

We’ve just come back from a wonderful week at this very spacious villa. The accommodation is spread over 3 floors which means there’s plenty of space and plenty of bathrooms. The villa is well appointed with everything you need, it is a little old fashioned but that is part of its charm. The garden is massive, beautifully maintained, with little hidey places which my niece loved exploring. There is an outside bar and eating area which is fantastic and wonderfully cool in the heat of the day. Bring bug spray, the mosquitos are plentiful! It’s about a mile walk downhill to the beach and lido, which is easy, the walk back up is harder. There are restaurants and supermarkets nearby. Highly recommended! The owner was helpful and prompt when we had an issue which was resolved very quickly.

Island of peace in the middle of the town

The property and gardens are an island of peace in the middle of the town, we had a couple of small issues to begin with but they were quickly sorted by our very responsive host. The villa is spacious we especially liked the outdoor bar sitting area during the heat of the day. We would go back in the future.

Wonderfull Garden, beautiful villa with need of repairs

We had a relaxing 15 days stay in the typical canarian styled villa and the wonderfull garden. The overall atmosphere inthis location has been verry good with some minor issues. The facilities of the house are good and much above average for us. It is nice to make breakfirst or have dinner in the garden or to have barbecue in the garden. The villa is verry good located on a hill near the puerto cruz city center. The next beach (playa jardin) can be reached within 30 minutes on foot and the walk to the martianez mercadona needs ~10 minutes. The accessibility of the house by car is realy good and the parking area is big. These are the things we didn't like so much: - the house is partially in need of renovation - laminte floor is partly very worn - shutters cannot be attached and are opened and closed by the wind - Some doors squeaked very, very loudly - the two bedrooms in the basement felt ab bit like dungeons - the induction cooker only worked to a limited extent even with the special pots (we're not used to only being able to cook on two pots at the same time) - the gardener only came These are the minor things that could be improved: - only spanish television is available on the TV and the DVD player could not be connected to the TV - the gardener only came to steal bananas and papaya and not to tend the garden

Sehr schöne Villa aber renovierungsbedürftig

Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter sehr nett. Der Obstkorb zur Begrüßung sehr aufmerksam. Lage Top. Die Villa und der Garten sind sehr schön. Der Garten ist sehr gepflegt. Im Haus müssten Renovierungen durchgeführt werden. Die Möbel sind bereits in die Jahr gekommen.

Beautiful garden

We really enjoyed our stay. The agent communicates very well, very informative. The house is a bit outdated. It's a 10 min walk to the sea. The absolute best part is the garden. It's beautifull and we really enjoyed it.

Wonderful House, Great Location

The weather was mostly sunny and hot-thank goodness for the constant breezes. Beautiful yard and covered patio. Fully equipped kitchen, comfortable beds, although the second smallest bedroom in the basement had just a double bed. Easy walk to Puerto Cruz and several nice beaches.
