Villa Sparta, characterized by an attractive contemporary architecture, is located in a hilly position and enjoys a suggestive view of the green and lush Old Beech Forest of the Cimini Mountains. The large bright interior spaces, the park shaded by centuries-old oaks and the swimming pool a stone's throw from the house make Villa Sparta the ideal home for those who love traditions but do not want to give up the comfort of modern homes to spend a holiday dedicated to relaxation and contact with nature. The location of the villa is particularly strategic, being a few kilometers from renowned historical, cultural, naturalistic and thermal centers of Tuscia Viterbese. Note: inside the park there is the caretaker's house, which is not visible from the villa and with which it does not share any outdoor area.

Interiors:
The villa is spread over two floors connected by an internal staircase, for an area of about 250 square meters, with bright, welcoming and well-organized spaces. GROUND FLOOR - Entrance into the living room with Smart TV, dining room, kitchen with exit to the porch equipped as an outdoor dining area; double bedroom with 2 double beds, en-suite bathroom with shower and exits to the porch used as an outdoor living area; a service bathroom and laundry room complete the floor. FIRST FLOOR - Two double bedrooms and one twin bedroom, all with en-suite bathroom with bathtub. Air conditioning in the dining room and in the bedrooms.
Park:
Villa Sparta is located on an olive-growing farm that covers about 10 hectares spread over a hilly area. The 5000 square meters of the villa's park are partially fenced and characterized by mixed grass, olive, oak, aromatic, photinie and paved areas. On the terrace shaded by the porch and connected to the kitchen is the outdoor dining area that enjoys a suggestive view of the Cimini Mountains beech forest; on another terrace, also connected to the kitchen, there is a barbecue. In the portion of the garden in front of the pool side villa, a porch connected to the double bedroom houses the outdoor living area. The property is accessed through the automatic driveway gate; after 20 meters there is the car park with 4 uncovered parking spaces, located on the same level as the house. The park's trails invite you to pleasant walks during which you can come across porcupines, badgers, roe deers and a docile family of donkeys. The villa is equipped with external video surveillance duly reported as required by current regulations. N.B.: Please note that the photo shoots are usually carried out in spring, so the colors and blooms of the gardens, lawns and parks may be different when you enter the villa.
Pool:
The pool is located on the same level as the villa, which is about 15 m away, and can be reached through the garden. Rectangular shape; dimensions 4.40 x 2.20 m; constant depth of 1.30 m; access to the water via a metal ladder. PVC coated; sanitized with chlorine system; night lighting with manual ignition. Deck solarium with sun loungers, hot water shower. Open from the last Saturday in April to the first Saturday in October.
