We were able to access the property on arrival which was a bonus. The property has 3 good sized bedrooms and two living rooms so was spacious. The pool was a good size and there were a number of sunbeds provided. The pool table was well used.We found a convenience store and a cash and carry/supermarket by turning left out of Calle Eslovenia and crossing the main road. The cash and carry also acts as a supermarket and is only 5 minutes walk from the property, just note it is closed on a Sunday. There is also a Lidl another ten minutes walk away, just walk past the cash and carry, take the 2nd right right and keep walking. Lidl opens on a Sunday and is well stocked, the best of the three.We didn’t hire a car so walked during the day. The centre is around 20 minutes stroll, 15 minutes if you find the most direct route and walk at pace. We hired taxis in the evening to go to either the centre or the Marina and these are reasonable, around 5 EUR. So it worked out cheaper than car hire. When we arrived at the airport there was a long line of taxis and no queue and in the way back we pre booked using the taxi company. Cost is between 45 EUR and 60EUR.There was a problem with the air con in the living room and one bedroom although the owners supplied three fans the following day as the repairs could not be done immediately. We did struggle with sleeping in the main bedroom with just a fan but that may just be is. All in all an enjoyable stay in a very nice villa.
