INTERIOR
Living/Dining Rooms:
This property offers 2 living areas, the first lounge is just off from the indoor dining area, complete with two, two seater sofas and a three seater sofa, coffee tables and has a wall mounted TV with satellite system (including BBC/ITV/CH4/Ch5 & all SKY channels available in Lanzarote) and is fully air conditioned. There is also complimentary WIFI.
Large patio doors giving the advantage of light and easy access to the pool and sun terraces.

The second lounge has a spacious, open plan design, with a wall mounted smart TV for your use where you have access to Netflix, Disney+, Prime (You will need your own account to log into these streaming platforms) and is fully air conditioned. There is also complimentary WIFI. The dining room has a table with chairs to seat 6.

This Spacious kitchen has everything you might need for a self-catering holiday with fitted units, electric oven, microwave, fridge/ freezer, a second small fridge, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, Airfryer, Nespresso coffee machine, electric oven, electric hob and a washing machine.

Pool and Sun Terrace:
This large spacious sun terrace is perfect for soaking up the Lanzarote sun, surrounding the and 1.2m to 1.8m in depth pool (electrically heated, November to April inclusive), with stepped entry for easy access with six sun beds available for you to soak up the sun all day. Complete with a pool table and tennis table for some fun in the sun.

Chill out and Al Fresco Dining with BBQ
This area offers a 6 seater chillout table perfect for breakfast, or a nice coffee in the morning, a large wooden dining area that also seats 6, next to the Canarian style BBQ and the outdoor Canarian style pizza oven (for display only), with plenty of space for the chef to prepare the food in style.

This property is located in the Residential Montaña Roja area, where you are only a short 15 stroll from town centre of Playa Blanca, here you will find everything that it has to offer, including bars, shops and beaches.
Parking and Accessibility:
There private parking or on street parking outside the villa.
Cleaning Service:
Fully prepared for arrival and departure clean included. Additional cleaning/change of linen & towels provided weekly or mid stay for stays of 10 to 13 nights. All linen and bath/hand/tea towels provided. Pool/beach towels are provided for your convenience.
Prices and Occupancy:
Prices are based on up to 4 people sharing. Guests over 4 are charged per person, per week. First child under the age of 2 years at the time of travel stays free. Cots and High Chairs available upon request at an additional cost of 20€ per week, per item. A refundable Damage Bond of 400€ is payable or Accidental Damage Waiver has to be taken.
