Carmen is a recently renovated apartment located in a charming semi-detached house in a beautiful location, in a quiet residential area in Luino, with lake views, a small garden and garage, about 1.5 km from the lake. The flat, measuring approximately 50 square metres, consists of a living room with satellite TV and a sofa that converts into a double bed, a kitchenette with dishwasher, a double bedroom and a bathroom with bathtub. Carmen has a large covered balcony with lake views and a small garden. Guests can park their cars in the garage reserved for guests.
