GuestReady - Modern studio in Valencia’s new area

Welcome to our new studio in the up-and-coming Nazareth area of Valencia — a quiet residential neighborhood with an excellent location to explore the city.

This simple yet comfortable studio features two double beds and a sofa bed, making it an ideal base for discovering Valencia. Located on the ground floor with direct street access, it accommodates 4 guests comfortably and up to 6 using the sofa bed in the living area. The beds are separated with closets and both are separated from the living room by panels, for privacy, but please note it does not have a door.

You’ll have everything you need for a pleasant stay: a fully equipped kitchen, fresh towels and linens, air conditioning and heating, hot water, and 24/7 guest assistance.

There are two televisions — one in the living area and another near the bed — as well as hot/cold air conditioning units and a bathroom stocked with essential toiletries and complimentary amenities for your first days.

A note about expectations:

We like to be honest so you know exactly what to expect, while still enjoying comfort and convenience.

The apartment does not have windows, but it is equipped with a mechanical ventilation system to keep the air fresh. As it is located at street level, some weekday noise may be heard.

To ensure a pleasant stay for everyone, parties, loud noises, smoking, and pets are not allowed. The apartment is equipped with noise monitors and smoke detectors, and all furniture must remain inside the property.

Please note that under no circumstances may public areas, sidewalks, or exterior spaces be used, disturbed, or occupied, and furniture must not be removed or placed outside.

We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay. Kindly note that this is a personal home, so please take good care of it as if it were your own.

The Nazaret neighborhood is one of Valencia’s most charming and up-and-coming areas. Located between the Mediterranean Sea and the old Turia riverbed, it blends the traditional atmosphere of a historic fishing district with the energy of a neighborhood undergoing exciting urban renewal. Its location is perfect for enjoying both the beach and the city center, with excellent tram and bus connections.

Wander through its streets and discover the Nazaret Municipal Market, where locals shop for fresh produce and share friendly conversation, or stop by the cozy cafés and traditional bars to taste authentic Valencian cuisine. Just a few minutes away you’ll find the Port of Valencia, the Marina, and Las Arenas Beach — ideal spots for strolling, water sports, or watching the sunset by the sea.

Nazaret offers a peaceful and authentic atmosphere, perfect for travelers seeking a more local and relaxed Valencia experience while staying close to everything. It’s a neighborhood on the rise, where new projects and modern spaces coexist with timeless charm — the perfect balance between tradition, the sea, and city life.

The property is easily accessible by public transport and by car.

The nearest tram stop, “Nazareth,” is next to the accommodation.

Valencia Airport is a 25-minute drive away.

Self check-in with smart lock. You must have a smartphone with battery and internet connection; an electronic key will be used. Check-in is from 3:00 PM onwards (early check-in upon request). You will receive the link with the key and access instructions a few days before your arrival, once guest registration is complete.

We provide basic amenities for the first days of your stay: shower gel samples, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag. If you need cleaning or extra bed linen during your stay, please let us know and we will be happy to provide them for an additional charge.

There is a zero-tolerance smoking policy on the property, but guests may smoke in outdoor spaces of the property if available. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (for example, smoke smell, ashes, cigarette butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a minimum penalty of €200 for smoking.
