This location was perfect, so close to the beach, close to many amazing little restaurants and shops. The VRBO itself was beyond my expectations, the host was so kind gave us a tour and great recommendations on where to eat. They provide beach umbrellas, goggles, a volleyball, other beach games. The beds were very comfortable, the showers were hot. The whole stay was amazing and a hefty part of that was this VRBO.

Perfect location and great value for an extended stay near the beach in Valencia. Host responded almost immediately to all questions and made check-in, check-out very easy. Supermarket across the street has everything. House is cozy but has all facilities for cooking and laundry. Neighborhood has a laid-back beach vibe and felt safe. Bus stop one block away has direct route to city center with travel time 30-40 minutes and busses every 10-15 minutes.

Don't let the pictures irritate you, you will love it here

We stayed here for one week and we enjoyed every single day. No matter how beautiful Valencia is, this placebos at perfect spot. Not crowded, 2 Outdoor gyms, 2 bus Stations to the city centre, great Restaurants nearby, grocery options, and beautiful 2 beaches in 2 minutes walk. So many great impressions and Juan, who manages the stay is there for you 24/7, anything you need he organizes. We plan already our next trip to Valencia and will surely choose this place again!

Great place to stay, the host has gone above and beyond to meet our needs. Late check-in, extra guest.. Located just a few steps away from the beach, supermarket just across the road. Lovely restaurants around. Safe neighbourhood, bus stops nearby.Apartment equipped with all the essentials and more! Everything you need for the cooking, washing and relaxing. Nice private terrace with a BBQ and sun chairs.Air conditioning is a life saver and works perfectly in every room! Highly recommend!Thank you again for making our stay in Valencia unforgettable!

The appartement was what we hoped for and at a very reasonable price. It has plenty of kitchen utensils and utilities to make your stay a comfy one. The location of the appartement was perfect for us - extremely close to the beach and with supermarkets across the street and a few streets apart. Julieta was very helpful regarding checkin and checkout and gave us some nice explanations regarding the appartement and the surroundings. She responded in due time, even though the communication got slower towards the end of our stay. The appartement is spacious and comfortable to stay in day and night. The only downside for us was that the indoor pool was not available because prior guests wanted it to be drained, we would have liked to be informed about that prior. Still, we loved our stay and if we return to valencia this will be the first appartement we check for availability.

Kommunikation super. Man fühlt sich alles in allem sehr wohl. Danke nochmal !!!
