Guest access
The keys are located in a lockbox near the apartment entrance. You will receive your unique code on the morning of your arrival. Check-in is seamless with secure, self-check-in available anytime after 3 PM. Guests will have exclusive access to the entire apartment, ensuring a private and comfortable stay. Optional parking available for one vehicle at additional cost (please inquire).
Other things to note
🤫 Quiet Hours & Restrictions
➞ Parties and loud music are not permitted, as our home is in a peaceful residential building. Quiet hours start at 10pm.
➞ A £250 penalty fee will be charged for any disturbances.
💳 Security Deposit: A £250 security deposit will be collected prior to check-in. This will be fully refunded within 7 days of departure, provided no damage is found.
🗝 Key Replacement
➞ A £100 replacement fee applies for any lost keys.
🚗 Parking
➞ Optional parking available for one vehicle at additional cost. Please inquire for rates and availability. Cars are left at the guest's own risk.
🕒 Check-In
➞ Check-in is available after 3 PM via a seamless self-check-in process using a lockbox and access code.
⏰ Early Check-In / Late Check-Out
➞ If you require an early check-in or late check-out, please let us know in advance. We'll do our best to accommodate your request, subject to availability.
