Minutes from Ramsgate’s harbour and beaches 2 bedroom self contained apartment

For many years I have been a super host with a property in the New Forest, Hampshire, UK
I have recently moved to Ramsgate to be nearer family and because I love Ramsgate. I am delighted with the house I have moved to where I have created a self contained apartment on the ground floor and a self contained apartment on the upper two floors. I love being a host, I like people to feel at home, comfortable and relaxed. I welcome families with children. The living room, next to the kitchen, is easily converted into a bedroom with a double bed or two singles plus a full sized day bed. I have decorated in a style to suit the house using both modern and vintage pieces with a touch of colourful India with the wall hangings.there is central heating, wifi, shutters and blackouts blinds.
I make a range of organic skincare products called Oil works. You will be able to use them while you are here.

Ramsgate is the only Royal Harbour in England. The views from the promenade and out to sea are spectacular and happy making. Every day the sea looks different depending on the light. Van Gogh lived here in praise of the unique light of Ramsgate.
The Maisonette is walking distance away from the harbour and a choice of sandy beaches.
For me the architecture is a delight, Georgian and Regency with wrought iron canopies and balconies. There are beautiful garden squares that remind me of Holland Park and Belgravia in London.
A train station with trains to Kings Cross taking about an hour.
In praise of quaint local pubs with real ales that pop upon many hidden corners. There is my favourite restaurant called the Royal Brasserie sitting right out at the end of the pier with wonderful views of the harbour boats and the open sea. Not to be missed, they specialise in fish and muscles with many other dishes to delight.
We are walking distance to Waitrose and the town centre. You don’t even need a car here.

Elegant Victorian House, called The Maisonette, in a central location. Off road parking plus free parking on the streets around. I have arranged the bedrooms and living area to be flexible with a potential of 6 beds sleeping up to 7.
All linen and towels are provided, I don’t charge a cleaning fee. We make sure the apartment is squeaky clean for you. There is central heating and WiFi. Washing machine and tumble dryer.
The kitchen/diner is fully equipped with a dishwasher. French doors lead out to a sunny roof garden with a table and chairs.
