We had a great stay here. The place is well connected, making it easy to get around. Roy was responsive and supportive whenever needed, yet never overbearing. Just right for a comfortable, low‑stress visit. Would happily stay again.
Our stay met our expectations - the house provided our needs nicely. The beds were comfortable and plenty of towels. Roy was superior with communication throughout our stay. He helped promptly resolve an issue with washing machine not working. As well as providing a fan for our stay upon request with warmer than normal weather. We loved the location- easy access to several pubs for a meal after along day out and about. Bus service was easy to use and very close to the flat. Overall, a quite good experience and would stay again.
2 pubs around the corner as well as the bus(every 20 minutes) to Summertown, and Oxford. By having parking, we were able to save a ton on parking fees in oxford. Super close to the a34 and a40 allows you to avoid oxford traffic and the congestion charges. Also The Trout on the thames river is a great place for a Sunday joint ( dinner). The food and drink at The Wolvercoat was super handy and flavorful. I would clearly stay here again.

Many thanks Dave - very much appreciated. Really pleased that you enjoyed your stay with us, we’d be delighted to welcome you back anytime.
Thanks again,
Roy
Great location, good walks, plenty of room to park, and great bus links into Oxford. House beautifully clean, comfortably furnished and well equipped, also kept nice and cool in the heatwave! There was plenty of room for us all - five adults and a dog. It's a shame that whilst the property is 'pet friendly', the garden is not at all secure (no gate between back garden and driveway onto a busy road), so we weren't able to let the dog roam.

Thank you so much, Helen, for your lovely comments and for your helpful feedback. We’re delighted that you enjoyed the house, the location and the easy access into Oxford, and that everyone had plenty of space and stayed cool during the heatwave!
We completely appreciate your comments regarding the garden and, following your feedback, we have just now purchased a gate to make the garden more secure for future guests travelling with pets.
Thank you again for staying with us, and we hope to welcome you back sometime in the future.
Best wishes,
Roy
