The villa is ideally located close to Plakias, one of the most charming seaside villages of southern Crete. Outside, the villa’s private infinity pool is the villa’s signature feature, ideal for refreshing swims, slow afternoons on sun loungers, or sunset relaxation. The pool features salt water, offering a softer and more natural swimming experience. A special highlight is the elevated in-water section of the pool, known as the “pool plaza”, where comfortable sunbeds are placed directly in the shallow water, and they are perfect for cooling off while sunbathing in total relaxation.

Just beside the pool, a pergola shelters a dining table for eight and gas BBQ facilities, perfect for al fresco meals and long Mediterranean evenings. Additionally, a built-in seating area, styled like a sofa, sits next to the pool, offering a cosy spot to lounge with drinks or read while enjoying the views.

Each bedroom features its own ensuite bathroom and air conditioning, ensuring comfort and privacy for all guests. Two of the bedrooms provide direct access to the pool terrace, creating an effortless indoor-outdoor flow.

The third bedroom is a fully independent suite, offering enhanced privacy for guests who appreciate their own space. Located in a separate part of the property with no internal access to the main villa, it is reached via a few steps just in front of the pool. This private suite features its own entrance and a secluded patio.

Please note that access to the villa entrance from the parking area involves a set of stairs.
