Constructed using authentic materials, the home features expansive windows and conservatories offering panoramic views of the White Mountains, the Cretan Sea, and wild oak trees. Located just 5 km from the historic town of Rethymno, the villa offers a peaceful countryside experience with easy access to cultural landmarks. Authentic Cretan Culture & Nature Situated 200 meters above sea level, Prines is a village rich in Arabic, Venetian, and Ottoman architectural influences. Guests can explore the area by bike or on foot, surrounded by wild flora and the sounds of nature. The location also supports nautical sports, making it perfect for both relaxation and adventure seekers. Year-Round Escape with Local Charm From ancient monasteries and gorges like Imbros and Kourtaliotiko, to summer festivals filled with traditional music and dance, there's always something to discover. Available all year round, the villa also offers special winter rates, making it a great choice for an extended seasonal stay or off-season cultural immersion.
