Apartment on the 2nd floor without elevator, located in the heart of Paris between rue Etienne Marcel and rue Montorgueil, 15m from the Grands Boulevards.
At the foot of the apartment are numerous shops, cafes and restaurants.
Warm, bright, and very well equipped, you will find everything you need for a successful stay with family, couples or friends (4 people).
