Villa Tigotan is a modern 4 bedroom villa with sophisticated furnishings and a sleek, contemporary design throughout. The fabulous Rubicon Marina is just 10 minutes’ walk away, lined with chic restaurants and bars overlooking the water. Back at the villa, you’ll find an inviting private pool and a spacious terrace where you can relax on a sunbed and soak up the Canarian sunshine. Pool heating, WiFi and air conditioning/ heating in the lounge and bedrooms are included.

Ideally located in the popular resort of Playa Blanca, Villa Tigotan is just a 10 minute stroll from the popular Rubicon Marina. With great shopping opportunities and a choice of smart restaurants and bars, you can enjoy a wonderful meal overlooking the boats bobbing on the water. A 20 minute stroll will take you to the sandy Playa Dorada Beach, with plenty of sunbeds to hire. The centre of the resort, with even more restaurants and bars to choose from, can be reached within a 30 minute walk or 5 minute drive.
