Welcome to La Maison Appartement. A delightful 40 sq m apartment located 200 m (2 minutes' walk) from the Civitavecchia port and the seafront. Perfect for leisure travelers or cruise ship boarding.
✅The windowed kitchen is equipped with all the appliances you need, including a microwave, kettle, and coffee maker.
✅The spacious bedroom with a window features a king-size mattress (180x200 cm), an open wardrobe, a desk, and a Smart TV with Netflix, Prime Video, and more.
The bedroom also has a single sofa bed for a possible third guest.
✅The ultra-modern and spacious bathroom features a 170x80 cm walk-in shower, complete with shampoo and shower gel.
✅The property also includes a small outdoor courtyard where you can relax after a long journey or a day of exploring the area.
The central location allows easy access to shops, restaurants, and the city's main attractions, including a supermarket just below the property.
The property is just steps from the Roma Cruise Terminal, where free shuttles depart to take you directly to the ship.

Our stay at La Maison Civitavecchia was absolutely wonderful. The apartment is beautifully presented, spotlessly clean, and furnished with modern, stylish amenities that made us feel at home from the moment we arrived.
Every detail has been thoughtfully considered, creating a space that felt incredibly welcoming.
A special thank you to Aurelio, who was a fantastic host. He picked us up from the train station, making our arrival completely stress-free, and immediately made us feel so welcome.
He was attentive, and made sure everything was comfortable and enjoyable throughout our stay including sharing fantastic recommendations for local restaurants.
We wouldn't hesitate to stay here again and highly recommend La Maison Civitavecchia to anyone visiting the area - an excellent experience from start to finish!
We hope to return one day!
