With 164 mÂČ of space and capacity for up to 6 guests, the house features two double bedrooms, including a suite with air conditioning, and a third bedroom with two single beds, ensuring comfort and privacy for families or groups. The living room also includes air conditioning, providing a pleasant atmosphere throughout your stay.
Outdoors, you can enjoy a private swimming pool surrounded by a garden that wraps around the entire property, creating a natural setting that exudes peace and quiet. The exterior also includes a furnished area for outdoor dining, ideal for making the most of sunny days and tranquil Algarve evenings. Parking inside the property offers added convenience and security.
Inside, the house includes Wi-Fi, TV, a washing machine and a fully equipped kitchen with fridge, oven, microwave, freezer, stove, coffee machine and all essential utensils to make you feel completely at home.
Despite the serene rural surroundings, several services and points of interest are located just a short distance away, including Ferreiras Train Station at 2 km, Pingo Doce supermarket at 3 km, Paderne at 6 km and Albufeira at 8 km, allowing you to enjoy countryside tranquillity without giving up the proximity to beaches, shops and local attractions.
