Modern and cozy apartment in the heart of Madrid. Located on the iconic Embajadores Street, this bright apartment offers the perfect combination of comfort and style in one of the city’s most vibrant areas. Just a few minutes’ walk from the historic center and only 5 minutes from the metro station, it provides quick and easy access to any point in Madrid.
The apartment is located to the left of the elevator; to access it, you need to go up and down a few steps, and you will find the door right in front of you.
The accommodation also has excellent public transport connections:
Embajadores Metro Station: Approximately a 5-minute walk. This station is served by lines 3 and 5 of the Madrid Metro.
Acacias Metro Station: About 7 minutes on foot. Served by line 5 of the Madrid Metro.
Apartment features:
Surface: 50 m²
Bedrooms: 2 spacious rooms, each with a comfortable double bed (150x190 cm), large wardrobes, and an independent study or work area.
Cozy living room: Sofa bed, large Smart TV, and a dining area with a round table for 4/5 people.
Open-plan kitchen: Fully equipped with modern appliances and all necessary utensils.
Modern bathroom: Spacious and equipped with everything you need.
Extras included: High-speed WiFi, air conditioning (hot/cold air pump), and a large Smart TV for your entertainment.
Access to the property:
Access is via a smart lock. A code will be sent to you, and you must download the NUKI app to enter the apartment.
There is also a set of keys inside the apartment in case you prefer to use them. If you choose to do so, please leave them in the same place before you leave.
Important: If you lose the physical key:
You will be responsible.
You must contact an emergency locksmith and cover the cost of the service.
If you have already left the accommodation, we will charge you the corresponding amount based on the locksmith’s invoice.

Self check-in using a smart lock and Nuki app.
A code will be sent to your mobile phone. You MUST download the Nuki app to open the apartment, so you will need your phone fully charged and with mobile data at all times. You will also find a set of keys inside in case you prefer to use them.
Please be careful with them and do not lose them. If they are lost, an emergency locksmith will be required, and the cost will be charged to the guest.
Please treat the apartment as if it were your own. Before leaving, turn off all lights, air conditioning units, and heating.
Before arrival, it is mandatory to complete the police registration through a link that will be sent to your email by the check-in company. You must also present a valid ID or passport upon arrival.
The apartment may only be occupied by the guests registered and confirmed in the official reservation. Only registered guests may access the apartment, unless otherwise communicated to the host in advance.
Please respect the quiet hours of the neighbors and the building’s common areas between 22:00 and 09:00.
Parties and excessive noise are strictly prohibited.
If guests do not comply with these rules or if the host receives a complaint from a neighbor, the guests must immediately leave the apartment with no option to stay for the remaining reserved nights and no right to a refund.
Check-in is from 15:00 onwards.
Check-out must be done before 11:00. Delays will incur an €80 surcharge due to the inconvenience caused to the cleaning company.
Smoking inside the apartment is strictly prohibited. A €200 penalty will apply if this rule is not respected.
Upon arrival, we recommend checking the apartment and informing us of any important damage you notice to avoid misunderstandings. You may send us a photo so we can take note and avoid confusion at the end of your stay.
Please do not leave trash inside the apartment. Garbage must be disposed of after 20:00 in the street containers.
Towels, bedding, cushions, blankets, etc. must not be stained. If stains from makeup, shoe polish, hair dye, or any other product are found, there will be a charge per item (e.g., €10 per small towel, €15 per large towel).
Do NOT wash the towels in the washing machine, as they are taken to a specialized laundry service.
Please ventilate the apartment for AT LEAST 30 minutes a day.
