I had a terrible experience with this property. The lockbox code was wrong, leaving me stuck outside in heavy rain. When I finally got in, the apartment was unclean and completely unprepared — dirty sheets on both beds, dirty towels on the floor, and no clean linen or towels at all, despite being listed as included. I couldn’t shower or stay there and had to book alternative accommodation immediately. I reported everything with photos, but the resolution has been slow and unhelpful. Very disappointing and not what I paid for.

Didn’t receive information on how to access the unit and it was very difficult to get assistance- call to Holland and the office wasn’t open yet. No obvious number to call. On our first day the power was cut off for most of the day and we weren’t informed about this. The chain for opening the blind in the main bedroom is missing and I therefore had to leave the blind open.
