Located just 50 metres from Baños del Carmen beach, you can descend to the seashore in less than a minute, enjoy walks at dawn or dinners facing the Mediterranean. On the same street, you will find supermarkets, restaurants and cafés, which makes your stay practical and comfortable from the very first day.



The apartment features a private terrace of 17 m² and a garden with outdoor furniture, perfect for having breakfast outdoors or relaxing after a day at the beach. It also has a barbecue, WiFi, air conditioning, heating, washing machine, and everything necessary for a long or short stay. The independent kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, oven, microwave, and complete utensils.
