The living area features a plush sofa and a comfortable double bed, creating a cozy retreat for relaxation. The TV is perfectly positioned for a movie night in, while WiFi ensures you stay connected throughout your stay.

The kitchen is fully equipped with all essentials, including cooking utensils and cutlery, making meal preparation easy. The dining area flows seamlessly from the kitchen, offering a charming spot to enjoy your meals and shared experiences.

The bathroom features a relaxing bathtub, perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring Aveiro. Towels and sheets are provided for your convenience.

Step out onto the small balcony to enjoy a cup of coffee in the morning or watch the sunset in the evening.

The space is always professionally cleaned for your comfort.

We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay. Kindly note that this is a personal home, so please take good care of it as if it were your own.

A modern and comfortable apartment in Aveiro, just a short walk from the picturesque canals and the city center. Guests can explore the Art Nouveau architecture, take a traditional moliceiro boat tour, and enjoy nearby cafés, shops, and local markets. Ideal for experiencing the charm and culture of Aveiro.

The property is easily accessible by public transport and car.

Francisco Sá Carneiro airport is a 1-hour drive from the property.

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property. Check-in can be done from 2 PM, pending availability and confirmation.


There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum.


Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.


For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag.


Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
