Baía II – Elegance and Comfort

Baía II is an elegant T3 apartment, ideal for families or groups seeking comfort, space, and a relaxing stay in the prestigious São Martinho area of Funchal. Accommodating up to 6 people, it offers three thoughtfully decorated bedrooms: a suite with a private bathroom, a double bedroom, and a twin bedroom. All rooms have direct access to a shared balcony, perfect for enjoying Madeira’s mild climate and the peaceful surroundings.

The living areas are designed for well-being and functionality. The open-plan living and dining area flows seamlessly into a fully equipped kitchen, creating a welcoming space for socializing, family meals, or relaxing after a day of sightseeing. The apartment also includes a small reading nook, ideal for unwinding in a bright and serene atmosphere, and a separate laundry area for added convenience throughout your stay.

For leisure, guests can make use of the apartment’s own small, cozy outdoor area, perfect for relaxing, reading, or simply enjoying the tranquil setting.

AREA

Located in São Martinho, Baía II enjoys one of Funchal’s most sought-after locations, combining proximity to the sea, shopping areas, and green spaces. It is the perfect base to explore the city, relax in comfort, and enjoy everything the island has to offer.

GETTING AROUND

The best option to get to the apartment will be the transfer. Ask us to book one with our local partners. It is cheaper than the taxis you find at the airport.
If you rent a car, any navigation app can easily find the address.
There is a bus stop 2 minutes walk from the apartment.

ACCESS TO PROPERTY

You have access to all areas of the property.

INTERACTION

We are always available to help or answer questions. We do our best to reply all requests. We also have an app for guests with all the important information about the property and other useful information for your stay.

OTHER OBSERVATIONS
- According to Portuguese law, all guests are required to present a valid ID. (passport or identity card).
- Check-in hour must be scheduled in advance. If it is not scheduled within a maximum of 48 hours before, guests will be subject to the availability of our team.
- All bed linen and towels are provided. We can also put a baby cot, a high chair and a baby bath if needed, but you should request. There are a first aid kit, extinguishers and fire blanket in the property.

ATTENTION

We inform that a Municipal Tourist tax will be charged for person staying overnight in the municipality of Funchal. All guests staying in tourist developments and / or accommodation establishments, aged 13 or over, will be charged 2,00€ per person/night, up to a maximum 7 nigths stay/ 14€ per person. Close to your arrival, you will receive the link to pay this fee.
