Welcome to Fabrica Villa, a unique retreat that blends traditional Cretan charm with modern comfort. Once the village’s olive mill, the villa still displays original elements such as the large millstones once used to press olives and the stone basin that collected the fresh oil, creating a home filled with history and character.



The villa features four spacious bedrooms, each with its own en suite bathroom, shower, air conditioning, Wi-Fi, hairdryer, and TV. One bedroom has a queen-size bed (160x200) and a sofa that can be converted into a double sofa-bed, another bedroom has a queen-size bed (160x200) and one single bed (90x200), a third bedroom has a queen-size bed (160x200), while the fourth bedroom features two twin beds (90x200) that can be joined into a king-size bed along with one more single bed (90x200). Two bedrooms connect directly to the open-plan living area, one upstairs has a private balcony with seating, and the fourth offers a separate entrance leading to the barbecue patio. Baby cots and highchairs are available for families.



The open-plan lounge, equipped with a TV, combines comfort and style, while the fully equipped kitchen includes espresso and filter coffee machines, dishwasher, microwave, and an additional WC with a washing machine.



Unwind by the 9.3 × 4.5 m pool (1.5 m deep) and the adjoining children’s pool, both offering panoramic sea views and surrounded by the serene Cretan landscape. The pool area is equipped with 10 sunbeds and 5 umbrellas, providing ample space for all guests to relax comfortably under the Cretan sun. Enjoy peaceful evenings dining alfresco by the charcoal BBQ, stargazing under clear night skies, and embracing the quiet, relaxing atmosphere that makes Fabrica Villa a true sanctuary.



Guests have full private access to all areas of the villa, both indoors and outdoors.



The nearest taverna, O Mikros Antonis, is right in the village of Roupes, only 200 meters from your doorstep. Nestled in this tranquil village, the villa offers easy access to hiking and cycling routes, authentic Cretan culture, and the golden beaches of Skaleta (8 km). The historic town of Rethymno is just a 30-minute drive away. Nearby Stavromenos, a short 10-minute drive, provides additional conveniences including a supermarket, bakery, butcher, and charming local tavernas. The villa’s prime location also ensures easy access to all the renowned beaches and attractions of Rethymno, all within a 20-minute drive.



The villa offers an outdoor parking space, where you can safely park two cars. For exploring Crete’s beautiful landscapes and beaches, a car is highly recommended.
