This beautiful bolthole for two is set on the outskirts of Padstow in a secluded spot but with plenty of North Cornwall’s scenic attractions within easy reach. This romantic retreat is perfect for a week away or a long weekend by the sea, set within the Seven Bays area, a location famed for its spectacular coastline. Inside the property is gorgeously styled with a cool, contemporary scheme that runs throughout, offering a delightful escape from your day-to-day routine.
Enter into the pretty open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner which is bright and airy, featuring large patio doors and picture windows which overlook the courtyard. The cosy lounge area gives way to a modern kitchen complete with a breakfast bar and sleek mod-cons. Cottage stairs lead directly up to the bedroom suite; a tranquil double bedroom with a minimalist scheme, it features skylights set into the sloping ceiling offering a cosy loft-apartment feel. With the property set within the Seven Bays region, you won’t be short of golden shorelines to visit and enjoy; Trevone Bay and St George’s Cove can both be reached within 2.5 miles and are stunning locations. Pick up the coast path from Padstow Harbour (1.5 miles) through to St George’s Cove and up the hill to St Saviour’s Point for fantastic scenery, before heading back to the ancient maritime town to indulge in a delicious meal at one of the local renowned restaurants, such as Rick Stein’s Seafood Restaurant.
