Mabel's Cottageは、湿原の端に位置する楽しい田舎の隠れ家を提供していますが、美しいノースコーニッシュの海岸線からわずか数マイルです。 有名なポートアイザック、ティンタジェル、ボスキャッスルはすべて近くにあり、トレバーウィズストランドの美しいビーチ、キャメルトレイルやセントネクテングレンなどの素晴らしい散歩もあります！
Torを登り、地元の羊、牛、鶏、ポニーに会い、鳥のさえずりを聞いてください。 夏にはツバメが巣を作り、有名なムクドリのつぶやきは10月中旬から春の初めまで1日2回頭上を飛びます。 見るべき本当の光景。

What a beautiful relaxing place to stay. Wendy and John were very welcoming and shared information from the nearest place to buy supplies to beautiful beaches and a fantastic place to eat with a wonderful view. Mabel’s Cottage has everything you could need, it is spotlessly clean, is beautifully decorated, but for me the view was the winner. I wish I could start every day sat out with a coffee, sharing quiet time with the squirrel who was cleaning up what the birds had dropped from the feeder. We will definitely be returning.

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful lakeside cottage. Wendy and John were fantastic hosts, friendly, welcoming, and incredibly accommodating throughout our visit. The garden and sun room were especially lovely, providing a peaceful and tranquil space to relax and enjoy the surroundings. The location by the lake made for a perfect countryside retreat, and we would happily stay again. Highly recommended!

The hosts Wendy & John are very friendly and helpful, whilst also respecting your privacy.The property is the cleanest property we have ever stayed in. The views of the lake and surrounding areas from Mabel’s Cottage are breathtaking. You feel the peace and tranquility as soon as you arrive The property is very well equipped with everything you need for your stay along with delicious scones upon arrival baked by Wendy. We stayed for 9 nights and were sad to leave, Mabel’s Cottage had become a home away from home.

We had such an incredible time at Mabel’s cottage. It’s the perfect getaway to walks and incredible views. Wendy and John were so welcoming and the cottage exceeded all expectations. We spent a wonderful week in John and Wendy's lovely cottage.Our - already high - expectations have even been exceeded.The place was very well equipped and immaculately clean.The interior and decorations have been chosen with great taste.The location is simply amazing, superb views and a quiet surrounding, only interrupted by chirping birds.John and Wendy, who had even provided cream tea on our arrival, were always happy to give helpful information, if asked for it.In fact, we felt so comfortable, that we didn't mind the least bit not to leave the cottage for two days due to bad weather.We'll definitely return and stay longer that time.

Amazing place

Cannot recommend this place enough. If you're hesitating on booking - just do it! The location is incredible, the place is impeccably cleaned, and Wendy and John are the perfect hosts.

A perfect hideaway!

The property is lovingly decorated and set up, with everything you could need to have a relaxed getaway from the world for a few days! The hosts are delightfully friendly and welcoming, we will definitely be back again!

Perfect spot to rest and relax

We loved Mabel’s Cottage, beautifully set up with amazing views towards Rough Tor. Add to this the welcome by John and Wendy and you have the perfect spot to do as much or as little as you wish.

Mabel's Cottage is fabulous. The views of Roughtor over the lake are stunning. The cottage has everything you need and is spotlessly clean. We wish we could have stayed longer to really appreciate it. Hosts, John and Wendy were very helpful and made us feel really welcome. The christmas decorations and the cream tea were lovely touches.Thank you.

Beautiful place to stay, we had a fabulus week there and were sad to leave. The views from the living room are outstanding. If you like walking the moors are minutes away,perfectly located to visit boscastle,Bude and many more. This cottage was so peaceful and quite,inside was immaculate and had everything you need. Easy check in and out, 5 stars don't do it justice.

この宿泊施設のオーナーになった理由

From the minute we saw this 150 year old converted barn we fell in love with it. We really do have the best of both worlds.. from the stunning views over Roughtor, lake and moorland, to the close proximity of the rugged north Cornish coastline with its quaint fishing villages and wonderful surfing beaches.
If it is a peaceful and quiet retreat you are looking for then Mabel's Cottage is the place to be.
We love it here and hope you will too.
