Sitting in North Bay opposite Peasholm Park, this semi-detached house has space for a large family group looking to spend their time enjoying everything Scarborough has to offer. It has a snooker table, six bedrooms (three with en-suites), and private parking, and is close to local amenities and attractions, plus two furry family members are welcome.
The house is spread over three floors and every room has been designed with comfort in mind. Hang out together in the stylish lounge on the large, curved sofa and watch TV, listen to music or just relax with the fire on. Kids can watch their own TV in the lounge/diner, which has SkyTV with kids’ channels, and play snooker. Eat together at the dining table after preparing a tasty meal in the kitchen, which has a table for two for quick eats. There’s also a utility room and a cloakroom on the ground floor. The first floor houses four bedrooms: two doubles with great storage, a lovely, light twin bedroom, and a cool bunkroom for two. Both doubles have en-suite shower rooms plus there’s a family bathroom. Bedrooms five and six are on the second floor, two singles one of which has an en-suite WC. At the rear of the house is a yard with parking for two cars.
Wander to the stunning Oriental-themed Peasholm Park, with pretty waterfalls, gardens, and a boating lake. Head to the beach and spend the day (1 mile) paddling and building sandcastles or doing water sports. Take the kids to the Sea Life Centre (1.5 miles) to explore the resident creatures, and for a thrilling trip to Alpamare waterpark (1 mile). Visit the outdoor theatre (0.5 miles) with many international live acts, and enjoy an ice cream and fish and chips at the harbour (1 mile).
