As the evening draws in, grab your local produce and head into the well-equipped contemporary kitchen/diner to whip up a delicious feast to feed the crowd seated around the rustic wooden dining table. As day turns to dusk, head to the first floor to find three wonderfully presented bedrooms or climb to the second floor to find the final two double bedrooms before retiring for a well-earned rest. From the doorstep, keen walkers can join the Cleveland Way National Trail to be rewarded with fabulous coastal scenery and breathtaking sea views. Nestled just under 9 miles down the coast, venture to the Gothic coastal haven of Whitby to explore its historic harbour, maritime history, the maze of cobbled, narrow streets and breathtaking views of the ruins of Whitby Abbey.
