Este es un condominio chic de cabaña recién actualizado con un patio privado cercado. Esta unidad está equipada con una sombrilla para la sombra. Disfrute de su café o cócteles en el porche con privacidad. Tome café en sus pjs o tome un cóctel y mire la puesta de sol.
Este es un 1 dormitorio con una almohada de matrimonio y una pantalla plana en el dormitorio. Puertas francesas que conducen a una sala de estar con sillas cómodas y un escritorio para trabajar o un lugar para que los niños jueguen. La unidad cuenta con WIFI gratuito de larga distancia y alta velocidad.
El condominio está decorado en acogedora cabaña elegante.
Los propietarios han instalado nuevos pisos de madera gris para la apariencia de estar en la playa.
Amamos a los huéspedes habituales y trabajaremos para satisfacer sus necesidades.
Un gerente está a 5 minutos y está disponible las 24 horas del día para cualquier problema que pueda surgir.

Loved it!

This place was so nice. Everything was updated and they provided so much especially beach stuff. Easy walk to the beach and the bay. We loved our stay here and would definitely stay again!

Everything you need

I’ve stayed at this property multiple times and thoroughly enjoy every second. The condo has everything I need including beach towels, a cute patio for morning coffee and lunches, a short walk to the beach, and a wonderful pool that is always clean. The owner is very responsive and the coastal decor in the condo makes you feel like you’re at the beach!!

Great Family Vacation!

I brought my husband and two small children here for a week and it was plenty of room for us. The condo is very well kept and is in a great location that is safe for children. We saw dolphins in the waterway behind the condo a few times and enjoyed playing in the very nice pool when it was too hot for the beach. The beach access is directly across the street from the condo and there are a few childrens beach toys to use, such as a sand pail, shovel, and boogie board. There is also a coin-operated laundry on-site. We would love to come back again someday!

Canceled on us mins before check in

The property owner canceled our stay when we were on our flight to Tampa and only after I messaged them wondering where the door access code was. She did nothing to relocate us and put us in an awful position of trying to find a place to stay during the super busy spring break season. We ended up spending double the amount that we would have. Awfully disappointing. Beware.

Wonderful stay

This place was very cozy. Perfect for me, my husband and 6 yr old daughter. Very nicely decorated and supplied with plenty of shampoo, TP, dishes, beach supplies (everything you need) cooler and beach wagon. Close walk to beach and nice pool. Advertised is fitness center on site, there is NOT a fitness center on site so that was misleading (my husband does therapy exercises for an injury that causes pain while traveling and not sleeping in his own bed) the front desk told us we had axcess to a beach a few miles away.....but not free and too far to walk......that was our only complaint. Also, dont go looking for quaters for the laundry like I did.....the laundry has an app you can scan and pay with your phone! Wish I had known that ahead of time 😊. The only thing I would change is the fitness center, a regular coffee maker (instead of k cups) and a few more towels. We would def stay here again.

Went from lovely to bitter

Let me first say the property, the community, the location my family and I loved it. However, as we were loading everything up to leave. I noticed a woman kept walking back and forth on her phone. I thought she was maybe a guest, until she sat down not too far from the door so it came to me maybe she was here to clean the property I said hello ma'am do you need to go in we're done. The next thing I know she's saying I'm the owner i got a call telling me you have six people here. I have to report you y'all going to make me lose my license this is for 5 people you have six. Our stay went for WOW to OMG. We are a family of six 3 teen girls and a 5 year old that sleeps with us. The place is not really set up for 5 people because there's only one closet so we kept all of our belongings in our suitcases. If she was the owner of the property that tells me she knows someone there who spices on the guess or she has a hinden camera in the property so that made us uncomfortable. I never heard of an owner showing up at their property VERY upset for six people and one of them 5 year old who doesn't sleep bye herself at home. It made us so nervous the way she was acting i went back inside an took pictures so she wouldn't say we destroyed her property. As i stated the property was nice until the early morning encounter with the owner. I will definitely not recommend her property to anyone for her to say she's going to lose her license because of an extra person she has some issues.

Nice stay, cute unit. Some details in description could have better prepared our group for the weekend visit. A few things could be improved quite easily to ensure perfect ratings. Overall I give this unit a 3.5. Stacey did respond promptly when we checked in and had questions.

Girls’ trip success!

My daughters and I had the best time!!! The condo was as described and cute and clean! It had a bunch of little amenities that were nice (shampoo, aloe, coffee, q-tips, etc.). The chairs, wagon, coolers and toys were awesome! And to be clear (I was confused) the beach is about a 3-4 minute walk across the street, but there is private access for the condo complex-super easy and convenient. We would definitely stay again!

Disappointed in amenities

This was our second year coming to Barefoot Beach Condo. We love the area, the beach is close, swimming pool and family friendly. We arrived late our first night. There were only four bath and three beach towels. Our look reservation was for five people for seven days. I contacted Stacey and she blamed another vacation rental company . We booked through VRBO. Then she text me some other receipt for another property it had three adults for four nights. She did bring two extra bath towels, but no beach towels. We ran out of toilet paper (we only had three rolls). So again I contacted her. She text me, “I’m not sure what unit you are in but our units come with a preset amenities package after that you have to purchase your own . “ Also my 13-year-old daughter stayed at the condo while we took a walk. Someone knocked, but she didn’t answer ( I had told her not to). Then a man punched in the security code and a man came in. My daughter was shocked! He said he was changing a filter. I don’t feel this should’ve happened unless the renters are notified in advance someone is coming in to the condo. The condo was great! We enjoyed the patio. The decor was cute. We hope to come back next year to Barefoot Beach Condo, but will look for another unit/manager. We decided we don’t want to shop for toilet paper while on vacation!

The property manager, Stacey Hansen, was AWFUL. DON'T BOOK HERE IF YOU'RE NOT DESPERATE!!!

We had last minute changes to our travel plans due to my business partner being in a bad accident, therefore could not show up the first day of our 2 night reservation. When I called the property manager on day 2 to say that we were still coming & explain what was going on, she stated that the unit we were supposed to be staying in was occupied the night before and still needed to be cleaned (this was about 3:30pm) and we'd need to wait a while before we could come in. At that point, I was very confused and told her that our reservation was for 10/17-19, and we were the only ones who should have been staying in that condo the night before. She then blamed VRBO and said that they've been terrible lately in not letting her know when units are getting booked. OK....It's VRBO's fault. I didn't know what to believe. She then changed her story and said she was refinishing the floors in the unit and needed to get her materials out of it before we could check in, and once again would have to wait a bit to check in to the condo. I was trying to be patient with her, and then asked if there was any way that we could add a 3rd night to our reservation, since we had to miss the first one. At that point she yelled at me, saying, "I already told you that the owners are coming in at 8am and you must be out by 10am...YOU CANNOT EXTEND YOUR STAY!!!" This caught me off guard, as this was the very first time that I'd ever spoken with this woman. Not being one for confrontation, I moved on to the next subject, asking if I could just cancel the remaining reservation since our entire trip to Indian Shores had gone awry with my partner's accident. She proceeded to tell me that I'd need to contact VRBO because they control the money and make all the decisions. So I called VRBO immediately, and they kindly stated that the decision was up to the host, so they got Stacey (the property manager) and I on a recorded conference call together, at which time Stacey wouldn't let me or the VRBO staff get a word in, and she was screaming at me, stating that I was a liar, that she has been doing this for 12 years and knows when someone just wants to cheat to get their money back. When I tried speaking to explain that at that point I just wanted to ensure that we'd get our large deposit returned, she hung up on us mid-sentence. Even the VRBO rep was shocked and stated that "the host was extremely unprofessional." I travel constantly and never before have encountered such treatment.

Indian Shores Vacation

The condo was beautiful. Stacy was very helpful with the booking and with any questions we had while we were there. The pool was clean and my kids enjoyed it. The beach is beautiful, very close by and the beach gear was a huge plus. We would definitely recommend a stay here

Beachy-Cozy Chic! Beautiful.. Close to everything!

The property is clean and newly remodeled. It's very unique. We loved that we were only a minute walk to the beach and there was plenty of room and a lot of extras were included like beach chairs, umbrella, toys, bikes, etc.

Everything was great, location was great, clean, it had everything I mean everything. When I mean everything I mean, coolers, salt and pepper, coffee, only thing missing was the sugar, lol. The only negative was that the people above where a little load, during the night.

Beach and Relaxation

The property is not only like the photos but BETTER in person. Its clean, cozy, the decor blends perfectly. You are provided with beach chairs, coolers, beach/pool towels. Apartment is fully furnished, including the kitchen, therefore very little is needed at this property. Pool is a few steps away and the beach is not 52 steps away however, you exit via the parking lot (front door), make a left, cross the street and waa lah, Barefoot Beach entrance. 2 - 3 min walk, so very close. The beach was beautiful and clean. The mini mart, pharmacy, coffee shop, restaurants all close. When you want to get wild, you drive , bus or cab 10 mins to Clearwater. This property I felt, was like the mid point to anywhere.... Definitely recommend!

Had a great time!

Stayed here just the two of us for vacation/relaxing. Very clean and had everything we needed but couldn’t bring on a flight with us. This was the perfect location! Great restaurants locally or easy to hop on the trolly to head towards St. Pete’s or Clearwater. Stacy was easy to contact and introduced herself the first day. Can’t wait to come back with friends!

Excellent for a family!!

This was a wonderful place for us to stay as a family of 4! Nice and clean with everything we needed for the beach! Stacey was very nice and easy to contact she even came later on in the week and introduced herself and asked if we needed anything! We would recommend staying here to anyone and we for sure will be back!
