Summary:

Relax in this second-floor space. On the bay, this retreat is a short walk from the beach, the recreation center, and all that Clearwater Beach has to offer. This unit has access to the newly completed pool located between 617 & 611 Bay Esplanade buildings. The spacious bedroom accommodates a queen-size bed. Pull out sofa in living room is queen-size. The living room features hurricane-rated sliding doors that open to the deck and Clearwater Bay. Dining area seats four. Grill your fresh seafood outside. Jolley Trolley nearby.



The Space:

Although the security camera is installed at the front door overlooking the walkway, it is not operational, so there is no active surveillance coverage.

Check in is 3:00pm and check out is 10:00am

-Rooms are sufficiently supplied with kitchen small appliances and utensils, plates and cups, drip coffee maker, dish towel, shower essentials, broom and mop.

-Assigned parking spaces are located in front of the building. White numbers painted on the asphalt match the unit numbers.

-Towels and bed linens are provided. The housekeeping policy is to replace these items only between guest departure and arrival. Laundry room is located at 617 Bay Esplanade and is free for guests to use. It is located on the far side of the building.

-Enjoy the newly completed pool located between 617 and 611 Bay Esplanade buildings.

-Beach chairs, cabanas, and sun umbrellas are available to rent at the beach. Occupy any that are not in use. Someone representing the rental service will stop by to collect the fee. Beach Supply Rentals company delivers.

Great property!

Had an amazing time at the property! Right on the marina! We even saw a manatee! At first, we had an issue with parking, but it was resolved quickly. Sofa bed is kind of hard but master bedroom bed is very soft. Would stay here again!

Great Location!

Perfect location, only blocks from the beach. Sunrise over the bay and sunset on the Gulf - can’t get any better! Kimberly was quick to answer any questions we had. We hope to return!

Great little place on the channel, close to everything but away from the chaos of the main drag. My spouse loves pickleball...just 2 min away. Dolphins off the deck and boats to watch locals...just a 2 minutes

Clean and Convenient

Came to Clearwater for a short stay. Easy walk to everything of interest to us. Would definitely recommend for any couple.Only knock would be maybe upgrade the mattress, but to each their own on that one. Was just a little soft for me.Thinking of staying the month of November there. If thers is an opening. Fingers crossed.Thanks Kim

Comfy bed. Perfect location. View was great...waking up on the water and seeing dolphins, manatees, and birds never got old. Washer n dryer were a plus. Only suggestions (very minor) would be additional lighting in the bedroom as the overhead light was dim, and a drying rack for wet clothes. We will return!

Excellent Property

I absolutely loved my stay from start to finish. Great communication with Kimberley. Check in was simple. The location of this place can’t be beat - there is a parking spot included but you can walk everywhere within Clearwater Beach. The view of the bay from the condo was so nice and the ocean is very close, only a few minutes walk. The condo itself was nicely decorated and super clean! It was well furnished with everything I needed, including beach chairs, a cooler, and some basic kitchen supplies, including salt, pepper, oil, coffee and filters. The bed was so comfortable. There is also a washer and dryer available for guests, which was extremely handy. Only had 1 small issue when I was there, but it was resolved quickly and with good communication. I didn’t want to leave at the end of my stay! Thank you Kimberley.

This checked all of the boxes! Clean, safe, on the water, 2 blocks from the beach, nice pool and quiet. Thank you for providing beach chairs which we could take to the beach and having a washer and dryer available was an added bonus. A nice week in a lovely place.
