Your group will have a number of social areas for relaxing, starting with the snug — equipped with a Smart TV, comfy sofas and a piano – and the cosy lounge with its warming wood burner. Start each day in style in the beautifully decorated kitchen/breakfast room, with its breakfast bar and large table offering up spots for sharing meals and drinks. Outside, you’ll have a private decking area with outdoor seating, a charcoal BBQ, a fire pit, a swing chair and a luxurious hot tub – wonderful for fresh-air dining in good weather.

You’ll be surrounded by historic buildings, including the village church right opposite, and have quaint shops, friendly cafés and a pub, all within 100 metres. Join the South West Coast Path (0.5 miles) for scenic wanders to nearby beaches like Porthtowan and Perranporth (3 and 4 miles respectively). For more adventure, the bustling town of Newquay is just 11.5 miles away, home to shops, beaches, a trampoline park and the enthralling Sea Life Aquarium which children will adore.
