Beyond culinary adventures, Padstow is a perfect family retreat boasting golden sandy beaches like Trevone Bay (2.5 miles), Harlyn Bay (4 miles), and Polzeath just a short distance away (15.5 miles). Hikers, surfers, and dog walkers will find ample delights. Explore the coastline and discover iconic sites such as Bedruthan Steps and Port Isaac (15.5 miles), famous for Doc Martin and the Fisherman’s Friends.


Enter this light, bright and welcoming house into a grand hallway with access to four of the bedrooms, as well as a family bathroom, a utility room and the popular spot in the house – the games room, complete with retro arcade game, a large Smart TV and table tennis. When you're ready to ascend the stairs, delight in the high ceilings and plentiful glass that surrounds you, helping you take in the breathtaking scenery over the estuary. The expansive, open-plan living space comes complete with a contemporary, well-equipped kitchen, a beautiful dining table to gather together and comfy sofas to sink into after your exploration of the Cornish coast. There are also two more bedrooms on this level, a family bathroom with a statement free-standing bath and a handy separate WC.


Outside of the property, you have multiple places to relax and enjoy the good weather, including two balcony areas with decking, a hot tub on the decking area and a large, enclosed lawn, perfect for a game or two together.

- Built-in double electric oven, induction hob, extractor fan, built-in microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, wine cooler

- Utility room with separate access door, sink, washing machine, tumble dryer and fridge/freezer

- Underfloor heating throughout with heating controls in each room

- Games room with table tennis table, retro arcade machine, sofa, Smart TV and patio doors to the garden

- Large lawned garden to two sides of the property, Gas BBQ, outside water tap, and heated outside shower

- A large decked area on first floor, with all weather wicker furniture with stunning views over towards the estuary and Trevose Head

- Hot Tub on decking area

- Parking for up to 5 cars
