Downstairs layout has a formal dining room and formal living room in addition to a family room and separate study. Two 2-car garages, outdoor entertaining / barbecue area, spa, and outdoor shower are perfect for beach living. Next to the Ritz Carlton Laguna Beach, close to golf, Orange County airport and beach destinations. House keeping services can be arranged during your stay for an additional fee.
