Pass the shower room and continue up to the first floor to find a blue and neutral-toned open-plan living space. Natural light pours through the glass doors that open onto a Juliet balcony with elevated views of the harbour. To one side of the room is a lounge area with a sofa and two armchairs opposite a dining table for four beneath the Smart TV. At the back of the room is a sophisticated ‘U’-shaped, white and blue fitted kitchen. Also within reach are the expansive sandy shores of Gwithian Beach (6.5 miles) and the National Trust’s Godrevy (6 miles).
