Villa di Sogno is a modern and elegant villa surrounded by the Mediterranean nature of Lacona, set in a peaceful panoramic position. When booking the entire property, you will enjoy all three apartments with their respective outdoor spaces, as well as the stunning infinity pool with sea view — the perfect place to relax, sunbathe, and spend special moments with family or friends.



The villa is divided into three independent apartments: a three-room apartment on the first floor and two spacious studio apartments on the ground floor, each with private entrance, kitchen, and private bathroom with shower. This layout makes it ideal for larger groups, multiple families traveling together, or couples of friends who wish to stay close while maintaining their privacy.



The apartments — Montecristo, Stella, and Lacona — are bright, modern, and fully equipped. They feature air conditioning, fast Wi-Fi, fully equipped kitchens, welcoming living areas, and private furnished outdoor spaces for outdoor dining or relaxing while enjoying the view.



By booking the entire villa, you will have use of the swimming pool, the fully equipped solarium with sun loungers and umbrellas, the gardens, and all panoramic terraces. The villa also offers covered parking, a shared washing machine, and each apartment includes a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, oven, fridge/freezer, and coffee machine.



Upon arrival, you will find a welcome gesture: two bottles of Mons Ferratus white wine and fresh water, to start your stay in the best possible way. During certain periods of the year, the owners may stay in a separate part of the property and use the pool, but they always ensure discretion and are available to offer helpful advice to experience the authentic Elba.



The villa’s location is ideal for exploring the island: it is just 2 km from Lacona’s sandy beach, one of the most beautiful and convenient on Elba, 10 km from Capoliveri, and 9 km from Portoferraio. The generous spaces, natural light, sea views, and relaxing atmosphere make Villa di Sogno a perfect choice for those who wish to stay surrounded by nature while remaining close to the island’s most renowned towns and beaches.



Built with attention to comfort and sustainability, the villa is equipped with photovoltaic and solar thermal systems, underfloor heating with heat pump, and a private well, ensuring a modern, efficient, and pleasant environment in every season.

Bed linen and towels can be brought by guests or rented upon request at €20 per person.

Check-in after 7:30 PM is available upon request and may be subject to an additional fee.

Small and medium-sized pets are allowed ONLY UPON REQUEST, with a supplement of €50 per stay (pets are not allowed in the pool area).
