Ruhig, nahe am Strand, viel Platz

Tolles geräumiges Haus, in Nähe vom Stein Strand mit Spielplatz, ideal für Kinder. Mitbenutzung des Großen Pools der Residenz in 200 m Entfernung. Sehr gute Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter, wobei er selber das Mitobjekt nicht gut kannte, bspw nicht wusste, wie der Boiler in der Küche funktionierte. War aber immer sehr hilfsbereit. Sauberkeit und Infrastruktur des Hauses war sehr gut.

Schöne ruhige Lage des Hauses, beschauliches Dorf Bagnaia, Pool super, aber nicht ganz billig. Insgesamt alles sehr zu empfehlen.

Vacanza per due famiglie

La casa è spaziosa, noi eravamo in otto (4 adulti e 4 bambini) e abbiamo potuto condividere gli spazi comuni senza "intralciarci". La posizione è comoda e con una breve passeggiata si può raggiungere il paesino e la spiaggia.

Belle maison au milieu des vignes.

Une maison rustique particulièrement au calme (une seule maison voisine). Les pièces restent plutôt fraîches bien qu'il n'y ait pas de clim'. Jardin agréable, manque un barbecue en bon état. À 1km du bourg du village et de sa belle plage avec vue sur Portoferraio.

Un bel casale antico di campagna, con un giardinetto piacevole ma alcuni aspetti poco funzionali.

Casa decisamente adeguata per 2 famiglie e 8 persone, tavolo grande sia interno che esterno, cucina ben attrezzata comprensiva di lavastoviglie. Primo particolare negativo: una sola caffettiera da 1 tazza per 4 adulti... tutte le mattine di trattava di fare 4 volte il caffè... Secondo aspetto negativo e’ stato Uno dei bagni che aveva il boiler non funzionante e niente luce, ripristinato circa a metà vacanza dopo nostra richiesta. I letti sono stati molto comodi, la biancheria di buona qualità e in abbondanza. Casa fresca nonostante il caldo e zanzariere funzionanti. La vicinanza al mare e al market, così come alla piscina del residence con ingresso gratuito e’ stata molto apprezzabile. Si percorreva con piacere un breve tratto tra vigne ed ulivi; paesino carino per famiglie. Un giorno pareva insufficiente L‘acqua in casa, ma verosimilmente era un problema solo transitorio. Nel complesso bella vacanza e buona sistemazione

A beautiful, spacious house

We had a great time in this well equipped, beautiful house. Great use of the swimming pool and tennis courts of Residenza Sant'Anna next door. Highly recommended!
