Beautiful holiday experience

We enjoyed a week in this beautiful place. The view is stunning, the property is in great condition and the interior is decorated with lovely details and gorgeous colors. The kitchen is very well equipped, check-in and checkout very smooth and well organized, we couldn’t have asked for more.

Beautiful villa with stunning views

It was better than we imagined, it is immersed in nature but is also comfortable for the services. At night it was cool, we used a blanket! The beach in front of the villa was practically only at our disposal, there was only another family of another villa. As recommended by the very kind Gisela, we were able to dine in the veranda at sunset (TOP) and we even made a BBQ. See you next year!

It's True! The villa is immersed in nature but also close to the services. The beach is inside a private area, it's quite wilderness. Our recommendetions are the same things we love to do: we love to stay on veranda at sunset and do BBQ. Note: This post is arrived directly on our "email", we shared. Das ist wahr! Die Villa ist eingebettet in die Natur, aber auch in der Nähe der Dienstleistungen. Der Strand ist in einem privaten Bereich, es ist ziemlich Wildnis. Unsere Empfehlungen sind die gleichen Dinge, die wir gerne machen: Wir lieben es, auf der Veranda bei Sonnenuntergang zu bleiben und BBQ zu machen. Quiet and secluded location close to the sea

We spent two great and relaxing weeks in this beautiful villa, that is equipped with everything you need and even more. The house is surrounded by a spacious garden, where you can find a shady place all day long. The communication with the owner as well as with the manager is very fast and uncomplicated. A little shop as well as a beach bar, a restaurants, one diving and one sailing center are in walking distance. Overall we’re lucky that this place is for rent! We will come again.

Perfect Elba spot

I don’t really want to write this review — because we don’t want to encourage more people to go to Elba. It’s perfect as it is! Just like Gisela and Marco’s vacation home! We were two couples and a single female. Each bedroom was large and had easy access to the two bathrooms (no ensuite but that didn’t bother us). Kitchen and entire home had everything you could want (including Nespresso machine). Outdoor grill is gas and works well. Outdoor spaces were fantastic for meals and lounging. Best of all was location. Short trips by car to Portoferraio, Capoliveri, Porto Azzuro and beaches. We would stay here again anytime.

Sehr gute Ausstattung der Küche; mehr Gerätschaften vorhanden als der Durchschnittskoch überhaupt kennt. Das Haus liegt sehe ruhig - die Nachbarn hört und sieht man nicht. Das Haus selbst ist etwas hellhörig, es ist ein Vorteil, wenn die Bewohnerinnen und Bewohner ähnliche Gewohnheiten haben. Der Blick auf Porteferraio ist zu jeder Tages- und Nachtzeit eine Wonne. Die Fähren hört man nur leicht, wenn der Wind entsprechend steht. Insgesamt sind Haus, Garten und Lage perfekt.

Ein tolles Feriendomizil

Wir waren zum zweiten Mal in dem äußerst angenehmen und sauberen Haus und haben uns sehr gefreut, eine neue Küche vorzufinden. Der sehr gepflegte Garten mit den großen, schattenspendenden Bäumen lädt zum Entspannen ein, die zwei Terrassen bieten bei fast jeder Witterung lauschige Rückzugsorte.Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Traumvilla zum Entspannen

Wir haben die Villa mit 4 erwachsenen Personen genutzt. Es ist eine Traumvilla, sehr gepflegt, tolle Ausstattung, ein Traumgarten und zweimal umfallen liegt man schon im Meer :-). Abends ist der Ausblich nach Portoferaia ein Traum.NächstgelegenesLokal (4 Gehminuten) ist perfekt für gutes Essen. Wir haben den Aufenthalt genossen.

Absolut schönes Ferienhaus in optimaler Lage

Die Villa Elbetal ist ein träum. der garten ist riesig und eingezäunt, so dass wir unseren Hund entspannt laufen lassen konnten. Zu Fuss waren es eine Minute zum Kiesel Strand, der einen Steg hatte und nicht sehr frequentiert war und wir somit auch unseren Hund mit an Meer nehmen konnten. Die Lage des Haues ist optimal für Ausflüge auf der ganzen Insel. Innen ist das Haus sehr schön eingerichtet. Es war alles super sauber und voll ausgestattet. Wir würden jederzeit wieder hinfahren.

Wunderschöne Villa

Die Villa liegt in einem ruhigen Quartier welches komplett eingezäunt ist und daher ideal, da wir mit unserem Hund angereist sind. Das Haus ist sehr geräumig, sauber und sehr gut ausgestattet. Der grosse Garten bietet Schattenplätze und ist sehr gepflegt. Wir können die Villa sehr empfehlen!

Top-Ferienhaus mit gewaltigem Panorama

Wir waren mit der ganzen Familie vor Ort und haben uns ab der ersten Sekunde wohl gefühlt. Das Haus bietet jeden Komfort, die 3 Terrassen sind fantastisch, besonders die Terrasse zum Meer mit Wahnsinns-Ausblick auf Portoferraio. Die Sommerküche mit Grill auf einer der anderen Terrasse haben wir auch gerne genützt. Wunderschöner Garten mit blühenden Sträuchern und hohen Bäumen. Die Schlafzimmer, jedes mit Blick zum Meer und auch das Wohnzimmer sehr schön mit Fernseher und Kamin. Netter kleiner Strand mit Steg, wo man sich untertags abkühlen kann. In der Nähe Restaurants und schöne Strände. Alles in allem ein schöner Urlaub....

Top Lage, ruhig gelegen, grosszügiges Anwesen

Eine bessere Lage gibt es wohl kaum auf Elba. Direkt am Meer gelegen, grosszügiges Grundstück, ein beeindruckender Blick auf Portoferreira. Das Haus ist sehr gut geschnitten und in gepflegtem Zustand.

Traumhaft schön

Wunderschön gelegen in gepflegtem, sehr grossen Garten mit vielen Pinienbäumen und herrlichem Meerblick. Sehr durchdachte Architektur, jedes der 3 Schlafzimmer hat ein Fenster zum Meer. Das Haus war sehr sauber, die Betten sehr bequem, die Küche ausgezeichnet ausgestattet. Das schönste Ferienhaus, das wir je gemietet haben. Einziger Minuspunkt: mitten in unserer Woche Ende September wurde der wunderbare Steg abmontiert und eingewintert, wir haben ihn danach sehr vermisst! Die vielen Fähren waren je nach Windverhältnisse schon gut hör-und spürbar, gestört hat es kaum und nachts fahren sie nicht! Ein Ausflugstipp: am späten Nachmittag zur nahen Burg Volterraio, nach dem Aufstieg geniesst man einen wunderschönen Blick über die Insel mit Sonnenuntergang, atemberaubend schön!

Traumhafte Unterkunft

Es ist genauso wie im Inserat beschrieben. Das Haus ist bestens und sehr anspruchsvoll ausgestattet. Wir hätten sogar eine Torte backen können, es war alles dafür da. Das Meer ist praktisch vor der Haustür, der Garten ist wunderschön. Immer wieder gerne!

Haus exclusiv und super klasse eingerichtet ! wir waren mehr als zufrieden ! Ruhig und direkt am Meer so dass das Baden doppelt soviel Spaß macht ! Es fehlte an nichts ! Klasse fanden wir die Große Terrasse zum Meer mit riesigem Garten ! zur Hinterseite gab es eine ebenfalls eine Terrasse mit Outdoorküche! Einfach genial ! wir waren zu siebt und jeder hatte genügend Platz um sich zurückzuziehen ! Ein sehr geräumiges Haus das Keine Wünsche offen lässt!

Premesso che non abbiamo usato HomeAway per prenotare, ma vista la massima disponibilità e gentilezza dei proprietari e su loro richiesta, è con piacere che rilasciamo questa recensione. Io e la mia compagna siamo appena tornati dal nostro soggiorno all'Isola d'Elba (prima volta). A differenza di altre location dove abbiamo soggiornato, al nostro arrivo abbiamo subito notato che non si trattava della solita casa vacanza. La villa è veramente bella e curata. In cucina abbiamo trovato addirittura una macchina per il ghiaccio e qualche liquore a disposizione per noi amanti dei cocktail. Giardino perfetto. La villa è realmente fronte mare, davanti alla casa c'è una spiaggia deserta, ancorché selvaggia. Dalla veranda si gode della vista veramente notevole su tutta la baia e su PortoFerraio. La stanza da letto era confortevole e ampia. Come detto i proprietari sono stati molto disponibili e abbiamo seguito alcuni loro consigli. Siamo stati in un paio di ristoranti segnalati, esperienze gastronomiche molto interessanti. Peraltro non sapevamo che all'Elba ci fossero vini così apprezzabili. Durante il soggiorno abbiamo noleggiato due kajak (vicino casa) con cui abbiamo fatto qualche escursione al mattino presto (magico!). Durante il giorno abbiamo girato le spiagge più famose dell'isola (Fetovaia, Biodola, Cavoli, etc). Andrea e Carla

Vielen Dank! Wir glauben, dass das "Teilen" unseres Hauses mit unseren Gästen ist, ein bisschen von unserem Leben zu teilen. Was Sie sagen, ist wahr, es ist kein "Ferienhaus", sondern unser "Geheimnisheim", wo wir uns selbst "regenerieren", leider immer weniger für persönliche Verpflichtungen. Pflege im Detail ist in erster Linie für uns selbst wichtig. Das Streben nach Komfort ist nicht nur in der Einrichtung, sondern auch in den plus, die den Unterschied machen in einem Urlaub. Kleine Dinge wie Design Lampen, TV Multimedia-Zugang, eine gute Sound-Diffusion-System, Eismaschine, ein Roboter in der Küche, BBQ etc. sind kleine Freuden, die unsere und Ihre Erfahrung vervollständigen. So wie die Ratschläge, die wir geben, sind die Dinge, die wir tun. Wir freuen uns auf die Antworten auf unseren Fragebogen, es ist eine Möglichkeit, mit Freunden zu teilen, was wir bereits kennen und finden Sie neue Tipps, wie Sie unser Zuhause verbessern können. Für uns, insel Elba ein unbekanntes Paradies, es gibt außergewöhnliche Ecken, wir lieben es zu glauben, dass einer von uns unser Zuhause ist. Grazie! Crediamo che "condividere" la nostra casa con i nostri ospiti sia come condividere un po' della nostra vita. Quello che dite è vero, non è una "casa vacanza" ma il nostro "rifugio segreto" dove andiamo a "rigenerarci", purtroppo sempre meno per impegni personali. La cura nei dettagli è essenziale innanzitutto per noi stessi. La ricerca del confort non è solo nell'arredamento ma anche in quei plus che fanno la differenza in una vacanza. Piccole cose come lampade di design, accesso multimediale alla tv, un buon impianto di diffusione sonora, macchina del ghiaccio, un robot in cucina, il BBQ, etc, sono piccoli piaceri che completano l'esperienza del nostro e del vostro soggiorno. Così come i consigli che diamo sono le cose che facciamo noi. Ci piace leggere le risposte al nostro questionario di fine soggiorno, è un modo di condividere con "amici" quello che già conosciamo, e trovare spunti nuovi su come migliorare la nostra casa. Per noi, l'Elba è un "paradiso" poco conosciuto, ci sono angoli straordinari, amiamo pensare che uno di questi sia casa nostra. Gisela & Marco
