The entrance leads into a welcoming living area with sofa and a fully equipped kitchenette with a 5-burner hob, electric oven, dishwasher, and a selection of coffee makers including Nespresso, an American coffee machine, and a moka pot.
The ground-floor sleeping area includes two double bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, a twin bedroom with two single beds, and a further bathroom with a shower. The first floor, accessible independently from the outside, offers an additional double bedroom with its own en-suite bathroom and direct access to a panoramic sea-view terrace. All bedrooms are equipped with hot/cold air conditioning.
The outdoor spaces are designed for relaxation and conviviality, featuring a covered veranda with sea views, furnished with a dining table for ten and a charcoal barbecue area. The infinity pool, measuring 10 x 5 m with a depth of 1.5 m, is framed by a generous solarium with sun loungers and restful corners immersed in greenery.
