Typical Tuscan farmhouse set in a quiet location in an unspoiled area of the Upper Maremma. Recently renovated, it preserves the elegance and refined taste of traditional Tuscan architecture and is now a welcoming home in the heart of an area rich in natural beauty.
It is located close to thermal springs (Terme di Caldana), just 6 km from the sea, with the possibility to choose between fine sandy beaches (Costa Est) or a rugged coastline (Baratti area). The property lies at the center of a system of archaeological and natural parks: the Sterpaia Coastal Park, the San Silvestro Archaeomining Park, the Rimigliano Coastal Park, Punta Falcone Park, Montioni Natural Park, the Archaeological Park of Baratti and Populonia, and the Poggio Neri Forest Park, offering pleasant routes for trekking and mountain biking.
In the immediate surroundings, it is possible to visit Populonia and Baratti, famous for their archaeological sites; Campiglia Marittima and Suvereto, ancient medieval villages; Bolgheri and Castagneto Carducci, known for their literary history. All these towns are connected by the “Wine Road”, which winds through the main farms and wineries of this area rich in tradition.
In the countryside of Campiglia Marittima, precisely at Via Casalappi no. 14, within Podere Casalpiano, we rent an apartment located on the second floor (no elevator), consisting of a kitchen, a double bedroom, and a bathroom with window.

EQUIPMENT: induction cooktop, small refrigerator with freezer compartment, microwave oven, coffee machine, electric kettle, 1 TV, hairdryer, air conditioning in the bedroom, Wi-Fi. Washing machine not available.

BEDS: 4 sleeping places consisting of one double bed and one sofa bed.

Large shared green areas ideal for spending time outdoors, with barbecue area, gazebo, and children’s play area. The real highlight is the shared swimming pool with umbrellas and sun loungers! The pool is open from May to October.
