Two-room apartment in the heart of San Teodoro, located on the ground floor of a small residential complex. La Cinta beach and Cala d’Ambra are reachable by foot in less than 30 min. The apartment consists of a lovely veranda with outdoor furniture, a cozy living/dining area with a well equipped kitchenette and a sofa, a double bedroom and a full bathroom with shower (curtains). The space also features a mezzanine floor with two single beds, and a shared backyard with BBQ.
It comes equipped with a washing machine, TV, A/C (in the living room), an outdoor shower, and free parking is available nearby. The property can accommodate up to four guests.
